Overall I've been really happy with this platform and have found it to meet all of my kennel organizational needs.

There are many wonderful things about this growing company. They make improvements every day that are very helpful to our growing business.

It also integrates with the camera, so you can take a photo of the items so nothing is lost (which has been a huge savior).

I can make special notes about each individual pet to ensure they receive the best personalized care. And the dashboard was easy to navigate.

We were on Pawfinity before and while it was okay, but all of the problems we did have on the old software have not been an issue on Paw Partner.

The time I have saved is significant. I can accept payments through Paw Partner and keep all my client notes in one place.

I have really enjoyed processing with Vagaro and the user friendly interface. I also love how my clients get emails and text reminders before their appointments.

So completely useless for my business and a total waste of time trying to set up. This should be a big warning before you sign up.

Very poor I feel ripped off by their illegal refund policies. They ripped me off for $700 even though I never once used the service.

The price point is great. I love the ability to do payroll, run reports and credit card processing all in one place.

Like I mentioned before they have such amazing support, and training videos, and how to articles. It's incredibly user friendly.

There was no comparison. My favorite things about vagaro is the amazing customer service, ease of use, and the ability to use on both desk top and mobile devices.

Sometimes the card reader doesn't connect which is really frustrating because then I have to enter the credit card information by hand and get charged more. That's extremely frustrating.

The websites we can create are professional and super easy to create. Add ons like shopping cart to your website are inexpensive and easy to turn on/off at any time...I have done so, many times.
