  • Pros

  • The best features are being able to remotely provide access to workers or servicemen I have coming to any of my buildings. I also like that I am able to see what's going on in real time.
  • I like how the software is straight forward and easy to use. It doesn't over complicate the process.
  • Cons

  • We tried tech support but they had no idea what we meant.
  • Don't like how Brivo does not do any direct sales and that we have to use a middleman. Also, the app is unreliable at times and often crashes for Android devices.

  • It has helped us save costs as we don’t always need a receptionist to man the front desk. Visitors are always super impressed, has transformed the visitor experience.
  • Integrations with Outlook and Google calendar its great feature. The kiosk app is user-friendly to the visitors, fluid to work with.
  • Cons

  • I find it hard to change something in configuration, and it don't depends on me, I have to contact the supplier.
  • Reloading take several times. Sometimes you can not find the information requiring customers and people often gets a little bit frustrated.
