Love this App!

Love it! Very easy way to send people money as long as it’s under $500.

Pros

This is so easy to use and easy to set up. When you need to pay someone quickly and don’t have cash, this app is perfect!

Cons

If you send over $500 to someone and they deposit instantly it still takes a couple business days for them to get it.

Terrific!

This process and option for my clients has made it easier for all of us. They can send money without worrying who's bank is what. I like Zelle but it only allows a certain amount of money to be transferred per day and requires a set up production. CASH is a lot easier. Thank you!

Pros

I appreciate how easy it was to start using this app on my phone. It was suggested by a client and not being a big app advocate for my phone, I am very happy with how it has worked out for me. I have recommended it to several clients as an easy way to send payments my way.

Cons

I sometimes find it a little confusing on where to go when I open the App to transfer the money to my bank. I would like it to show more clearly what button to hit to cash out. I see that it is at the bottom of the screen, but once opened it has so many gift card option flying by it's a little distracting and I don't want to make a mistake.

Didn't Help on a Small Scale

Good for scalability, not easy for small clients.

Pros

The best thing about the product is its large scale; were we to be growing and growing and growing, this product could probably grow with us. But this is not the product for small businesses and start-ups.

Cons

As one of those products I was forced into using by a client, I must admit I entered with some hesitancy. That said, I still didn't find CASH to offer anything significant for payables and bill communication.

My overall experience with the Cash app has been exceptional. It’s fast, easy, and works every time.

What I like most about Cash is that it’s more than simple to use. Open it up and the options couldn’t be more easy to understand or fast to use.

What I like least about the software is that it is not more widely used by others. This makes it hard for me to use it all the time just because some people don’t have this app.

Super fast and convenient..!

As an international graduate student, I do money transfers with my friends pretty frequently. Cash app makes it very easy and fast. Also it is very safe. I'm happy that I'm using Cash App along with many other friends.

Pros

Software is very user friendly and doesn't consume time longer than a minute or two. And extremely safe.

Everything is perfect in this app. I really do not have complaints.

Overall, my experience was sub par. I prefer to use other options for sending money.

I liked to overall incentive that if you invite a friend and they join, you get $15 added to your account.

I didn't like how when I logged in after a long time, the "Welcome to Cash App!" screen came up and appeared to be "frozen".

This software could use a free trial. There are many people/businesses that would be more interested in this if it had a free trial option.
