Samsara has been a great tool not only in organizing and managing out vehicles and assets, but has allowed us to successfully defend against false claims.

Not having a fleet program is putting my company drivers at risk. This advertising was fraud.

Lack of integration with our CRM and inability to automate creating new customers from an outside source.

The only downside is that when the gateway has an issue with the truck the GPS tracking is shut down.

The other thing that really impressed me was that for what you pay, you receive free feature-rich firmware and software updates to your equipment during the life of your contract.

There ELS picks up violations in elog and no one able to remove the violation.

We have been very happy with Customer service. The Cameras are very clear with good night vision as well.

Since everyone has begun working from home and remotely, customer service has suffered and response time from email is very lacking, and when they do its the same scripted reply's.

We use this daily and it has saved us in payroll cost as well as downtime with my drivers. The clarity of photos is crystal.

It holds a lot of information on hundreds of pages but very little is linked and you can only have one screen up. Example: Employee is lost and does not know where they are going.

The most I liked about this software was its ease of use, both the web-based version as well as the mobile version.

The ability for a user to reassign a device based on an approved list would be a perfect improvement.

Adding of templates is easy to setup, would like a help screen with some functions. Price very competitive to similar products.

It is difficult to find a problem with the system, it always responded well to me. Selection of patrol reports can be reviewed.

Valiant Payroll Processing is efficient and easy to use. If you want a user friendly system that you can train your employees to use then this is the way to go.

At times you can get logged out if another user in your company accidentally logs into your division.

Manage better the standards that should be achieved on a daily basis routine improved by a route that can be set up on the software.

Writing standard reports from the web application is very handy,setting up patrol routes and monitoring them is easy and user friendly.

Whatever your paying him - Double it, the guy is a legend and will be a massive asset to any team.
