Great to have in the office

It's a fantastic all round product which allows our users to print securely, as well as being managed from an Administrators point of view. It has also caused less printing which is a cost saving and great for the environment.

PROS

The management aspect is easy to use and the general use for staff is very easy and secure which is a must in this modern age.

CONS

Don't have a least like regarding the software.

It‘s a huge product with massive potential

It‘s a solid and stable product. Once installed and configured it runs and runs and runs.

PROS

That you can use several types of manufactures like Canon, HP, Xerox etc with one print driver

CONS

The setup and configuration is not easy and intuitive. For special configurations you will habe to contact a canon system integration specialist

Very smooth secured printing process

PROS

The drag and drop feature is really great, really makes the multiple file printing very easy.

CONS

The UI is very basic. Could be improved with proper guidance on buttons.
