Controversial and a bit complicated, but effective
The balance between academic integrity and personal privacy is delicate.
PROSPeace of mind for instructors that the academic integrity of their tests is maintained.
CONSStudents feel it is intrusive and are concerned about their personal privacy. Frontline/tier 1 vendor support is not effective, but customer support for the institution was okay.
