Podio then disables certain functions in a way that we cannot control. And sometimes (like today) Podio stops working altogether for a few hour, killing our business activity completely.

It's hard to fault Podio too much for that though, as they present you with a very large amount of customizability options.

Terrible software and the most frustrating, ridiculous customer support experience I've ever had.
