Changepoint PPM has revolutionized my resource management
Overall I am very happy with the product. It only took half an hour training. It is user friendly and powerful.
PROSThe Team Manager function has helped me soooo much in planning my resourcing. It has particularly helped my team with mental wellness as now I'm not overbooking them. Timesheets have been very useful as well.
CONSIt can be slow sometimes, particularly the area where you can forecast resource usage across all your projects. I also think it needs more coloring of over or under allocation.

Effective and flexible solution to PPM
This software has helped us to achieve our goal of managing the chaos of program and project management.
PROSI like the ability to customize what data elements we track as well as the reporting package.
CONSThis software is an excellent tool and I do not have any cons to list.

Daptive User review
Overall I believe that we have had a positive experience with the platform. We only utilize the app for project management at this time, but I believe that we could grow with the platform and add more services as necessary.
PROSI really appreciate the ability to oversee multiple resources and project plans all within one easy to use system.
CONSI wish that it would integrate with MS Teams - or had better collaboration capabilities.

MS Project (at the time) was a very unwieldy product to use. We needed something that could generate reports an and more of a one stop shop for PM's and the management team.

New user to daptiv
The main issue I had before using daptiv was to report numbers and progress you upper management. Daptiv provides the right tools to overcome this.
PROSIt’s a very user friendly tool and running reports is very easy to do. I have been using daptiv for just over 6 months and became an administrator in the last 2 months and I am able to upload new projects and edit with ease. I would highly recommend using daptiv for reporting to upper management and finance.
CONSThere isn’t anything I can think of to say the software does exactly what I need it to do.
