I don't like the lack of customization. Also, i hate that you can not put a folder into a folder.

Some features in this apps on some devices are located differently, which can be confusing at times.

No real problems other than lack of usage due to feeling a bit burdened by having to maintain two separate task management systems.

It has been a lifesaver in terms of its use. Due to the length of use in our business, it hasn't been to our benefit to switching to a different platform with all our history of notes.

Amazing collaborative workspace to work on docs with multiple people. Pricing isn't cheap, but it's fair and comparable to other platforms.

Great product,  ease of use, affordable. Does everything we need that the larger doc management programs do at a fraction of the cost.

The new re-write (v10) is awful, and forced me to revert to v6. Searching for a new alternative while v6 still works.

I have not reached out to customer service so I would not know how to rate that. It is overall an OK software.

Don't offer a read-only mode, to prevent users from accidentally change the content.

This is the best app for taking notes and keeping on track all my life. Very friendly interface and easy to use.

It is easy to use and very it has a very clean user interface. The hint and helps also are very useful.

The application integration is excellent, I can use it in many devices. The application interface is very good and quite intuitive.

Just some minor UX hiccups here and there, but insignificant enough that they don’t hinder using the product.

It integrates terribly with other software, and I found it to have the same fate as paper notebooks - dusty and lost, un-used.

Still there's no undo button, which makes it scary sometime hen you accidentally erase you have been going through.

Evernote Business is an amazing, note-taking, multi-platform software for businesses because of their best in class collaborative features, clean and minimalistic design, perfect sync, and much more.

This application also using quite large of my phone RAM as it will keep lagging and crash when i am using it more than one hour.

Easy to connect to and integrate with other tools. Good for ptroject portfolio management.

We get good information and it is very easy to use in real proejcts.

It was quite good, very close to PMI practitioning. The tool is a good mechanism to guarantee the project quality and follow up all the portfolio measures.

It a little bit difficult to use at the beeginning.

Our customer experience was a bit disjointed and delayed, however I understand this is being or has been addressed.

A Customizable Software with Excellent Support.

The follow for schedule is so poor. You can use only one base line and the predecessor task do not have any way to add gap.

The agile module is very weak, lack of many functionalities. Task use is very embarrasing.

It provides unlimited storage space and is fully integrated with the system's functions; it's like having a sharepoint.

Fortunately, ITM Platform is a valuable need to achieve that. I need to mention its superb customer support as well.

Another interesting thing is that it does not require an application installed to use it, it is impressive the ease of use of this application when you have a good internet connection.

It has an integrated social network which allows effective communication between team members.

Exploiting the potential it provides to our productivity.

ITM Platform helps you in each  project management process groups (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling and closing), making it possible to work collaboratively.

There is no standard report for Project Mangers to export for Project Sponsors, the expectation is that all users will use the portal.

We are very happy with the operation as it is stable and we are constantly being given new functionality.

Great portfolio management and program/project prioritization, along with waterfall and agile methodologies built in.

It also allows us to import projects that we were previously managing on MS Project. I think it is a good value for the money.

ITM is a really good project management tool for companies which have a good level of project management maturity. I have gained better control of my programs and projects using this tool.

The excellent cost-benefit relationship, it helps your company from strategic to operational perspectives with a fairly accessible price.

There is a great deal that is customizable in the views and has ability for custom fields.

Customer service has been excellent and has expedited the implementation process. Client's internal processes are certainly more efficient as a result.
