All of my tasks are easy to overlook. If my tenants have questions or need information, it is very easy and fast on Property Vista to look everything up.

It is really user friendly, easy to work around.

It's easy to use and easy to navigate the system.

Some times it is hard to know how to do new things within the system.

I'm running a company and at no point was I ever told it was going to take months just to get it functioning properly.

Great features and options for efficiencies. The tracking of maintenance requests is great.

I dont like the fact that i am the only person to close a request.

The messages section is confusing as there are too many options depending on where it’s come from. Adding a guarantor to a lease is far too complicated.

It is frustrating that the entire team gets notifications when it goes to one person and that they cant see if a call has been resolved.

The best part is the ability to use it anywhere.

I use vista daily to update any information on tenants payment, lease agreement, purchase requisitions, maintenance request (follow up and close when done).

I LOVE The step by step tutorial. Ask a questions and the arrows shows you where to go what to click to process.

The glitches that sometime puts a hold to different items can be annoying. However they are rectified in a timely manner.

PropertyVista was an easy deployment and made the transition from our previous system quite painless.

Maintenance requests (eliminates paper maintenance requests from going missing), payments, application , units and Dashboard - I just love it and would recommend this software anytime.

Little room for human error. These are all of the cons I have for this time regarding the Property Vista software.

The Sales and Support team are excellent. The dashboards give our team an quick look at performance.

Customer Supports are very supportive and helpful. They provide exceptional customer service.

Its seamless interface made learning a breeze, and its powerful features have proven incredibly useful, making my daily tasks more efficient than ever before.

The clunky interface was made worse on slow-speed days, whereas other programs were not affected at all.

Also critical was event management and integration with membership, since the organization's main publicity and fundraising activity is a large bike ride. Web site integration was also attractive.

It has errored out a number of times and there was no intuitive alert to let us know we were missing out on authorized donations.

A minor lack of functionality although this was a very mild displeasure.

Easy of use, ability to customize the member database easily and the integrated content management system for a professional website.

Every support request has been taken care off super-quickly. It has been a pleasure to work with the WA team since 2015.

So much had to be manually configured - it was a total time suck.

Every feature you might want is included. Easy to learn - good online support.

The WORST Experience - After 4 years of subscription services.

Many of my volunteers are elderly and they can navigate the system just as ease as a techny-teenager.

Overall, my experience with Wild Apricot was positive. The platform provided a comprehensive and user-friendly solution for managing membership-based organizations.

Good but will not renew. They are only interested in the money.

WildApricot is a cloud-based membership management system used by business and trade associations, chambers of commerce, nonprofits, charities, clubs and community organizations. It supports organizations from a few members to 15,000 members in size.


With WildApricot’s website builder, administrators can create both a public website and private pages for members and committees. Widgets—such as event calendars, public and private membership directories and donation forms—can be copied and pasted into the builder.


Prospective members can submit applications through the website, while current members receive automated dues renewal reminders. Additionally, WildApricot’s event management tools let managers create events; list them on the website along with a description, images and a custom online registration form; track which members sign up; and process payments. It can also send reminders and messages to members.
