Pros
- The Customer Support,(is excellent, very nice and helpful. Cost of program is great value.
- They are available to answer our plethora of questions via chat, email or phone and have a great set of articles for self-guided help that answer many questions.
Cons
- Only con I have found is that if you run a report on the screen and leave the report section, you will have to totally rerun the report rather than just refresh.
- The messaging feature has caused us miscommunication with our tenants and comes across unprofessional so we abandoned trying to use it. Messages will not bounce back if an incorrect address is used.
Pros
- Also critical was event management and integration with membership, since the organization's main publicity and fundraising activity is a large bike ride. Web site integration was also attractive.
- Easy of use, ability to customize the member database easily and the integrated content management system for a professional website.
Cons
- The clunky interface was made worse on slow-speed days, whereas other programs were not affected at all.
- It has errored out a number of times and there was no intuitive alert to let us know we were missing out on authorized donations.
