After almost 10 years with this product..........

Pros

It's focused! I am not slugging through a bunch of 'features' that have no relevance to my industry. They understand the 'service' sector and what we struggle with

Cons

Really, I have no complaints. I have used this product for almost 10 years and I have witnessed its evolution. Quite impressive!

Good but not quite good enough for us

People were great. Loved the product (back end). Report writing was tricky but their team was always there to help. This may have been updated recently

Pros

The software was excellent. Did everything we need it to from a task management, collaboration and traffic planning (and a ton more that we didnt use for billing and budgeting).

Cons

Our team felt the UI was dated. We switched off for that reason but that was 2 years ago, so we would definetly take a look again.

We actually selected Mavenlink and hated it so we made the switch (and lost some money) to eSilent Partner

Decent functionality, poor user experience

Pros

Had a robust feature set that was detailed for multiple portions of project management within a marketing agency.

Cons

It was not user intuitive. User experience and interface were not as sharp as one would expect for a SaaS product

Robust feature set

Pros

There’s a lot you can do in eSilentPartner in terms of resource planning and reporting. Certainly helps manage a team and their assignments.

Cons

It looked outdated and was a little clunky. It had a lot of capabilities but the team didn’t like it because of how old it looked.

Does so many things, few of them executed perfectly

It was fine. It did the job for when we used it, but it didn't tick enough of the boxes to be truly great.

Pros

The feature set is terrific. The ability to assign and manage tasks and the project setup is wonderful.

Cons

The UX is not good, and there lacks any kind of true mobile solution.
