Extremely Valueable tool for Recruiting agencies
I love Crelate, use it on an hourly basis.
PROSI love how customizable it is. It helps me manage both the candidate and client facing side of the business and customize almost any pipeline and report.
CONSSince there are so many different facets, it took a bit longer to get up to speed on the product, but once I did, its very user intuitive. Also, the mobile app needs more work to get it to where the desktop product is.
Reasons for switching to Crelate
Bullhorn felt clunky and based on old software.

Crelate - Great decision
Selecting Crelate was a great decision that we made when we started the company. System conversions can be very disruptive but having one ATS all along that develops as you do has been super helpful.
PROSCrelate is very intuitive and user friendly. Cost is reasonable compared to other similar applicant tracking systems. What I like best is that they are continuously making upgrades and improvements which improve functionality without slowing you down.
CONSWe have been using it for 8 years and it really has worked out great for us. My only regret is that I don't maximize all of it's functionality. But that's more a factor of running a busy desk as opposed to anything negative about Crelate.

Great ATS for Recruiting Agencies and Small, Growing Teams
Overall, our experience has been very positive and we're very happy with Crelate!
PROSI like how easily Crelate can be customized and how user-friendly the platform is in general. Also, the customer service is great and I enjoy the additional resources Crelate offers.
CONSSome functionality is missing/limited but I know the team is working tirelessly to bring the users what they want constantly.

Review of Crelate ATS
Lack luster. It get the job done most of the time, but would like to see a more robust product offering and user friendly UI.
PROSQuick and easy to deploy compared to competitors in the market. Easier to administer than similar products.
CONSProduct support is lacking. Very difficult to get the support when you need it, and there is limited training information available. There pricing is on the high side for the level of product you get. The UI feels and looks very dated and is not as intuitive as some of their direct competitors.
Reason for choosing Crelate
It was already in use when I joined the company and we renewed our contract because the expense and time to move to an alternate product was put on hold due to COVID.

We love Crelate!
It has been extremely positive. So much so I increased my licenses and signed a multi-year agreement with them as I have no plans of switching products anytime soon.
PROSCrelate is extremely user, friendly. I have used multiple different ATS/CRM programs throughout my career and they do not company to Crelate. The functionality and ability to do so much while in the system make it worth it's weight in gold!
CONSI personally do not have any Cons at this time. My team loves it and enjoys using it.
Reason for choosing Crelate
The ease of use, the price point, and the overall functionality of the system. It offered several features and reporting tools that were also much easier to use from the Admin point of view. I just really liked the product and having used it for over 6 months, my team enjoys it as well.
Reasons for switching to Crelate
Bullhorn can be extremely complex and has a higher price point. After doing a few demo's with Crelate, I felt it was a lot more user friendly and better pricing with more features than Bullhorn.
