It was very difficult to stop employee reviews and disciplinary forms in order for the rep to receive and sign them.

They often point you to their weekly training webinars and online resources to figure things out. Most of our users have found this product unnecessarily frustrating to use.

Can be difficult to navigate, and customer support is hit or miss with assisting in trouble shooting problems.

This is the worst software platform I have EVER used. Every day there are errors.

If that is the worst thing, then there is not much to worry about.

The social media login is separate from the onboarding and the Dropbox instructions I received for SEO were nearly incomprehensible. Words were missing and it was filled with incomplete sentences.

The team is eager to improve the product functions. Customer care is evident to be a priority.

The customer service was excellent. The account reps are knowledgeable about the product and can help the customer navigate a very bulky, cumbersome process.

We are required to follow OFCCP regulations and the system cannot support that.

The team at Talent Reef are easily accessible and the platform is great to work and use.

In the beginning, a lot of promises: A talent network to tap into, ease of use - post to multiple job boards, high volume traffic aggregator, full integration into systems.

I do have trouble with Customer Service at times - can be difficult to get a timely response.

Pages do not load, permissions for users are changed. It is a horrible software.

The Social Recruiting Site is 1st generation - there is no internal support and no upgrades have been made to the platform in 2+ years.

The ease of use from both the HR side and the applicant/employee side make this the best software all in one package.

Talent reef was a good tool for helping in hiring staff for zaxby's.it would save all applicants online for various mangers to view and hire.

It's nice to have online access to personnel files vs. keeping employee folders. Recruiting tools are nice.

Even attempting to cancel service was a hassle and drug out, which cost me needless monthly fees.

Mobile app is weak and fail sometimes. Feature limitations in mobile app.

Just starting with a free trial which is an excellent to have that.

The look and feel of the UI is better than a lot of others. They don't make it easy to call customer service but when you do they were quite helpful.

The best part of the software is the ability to customize it.

When it comes to competition, it is often not clear what the products/service cost. So far we are very satisfied.

I am still using the trial version and found that there was no integration with dropbox. I may be wrong and might know more when I explore a bit more.

Overall for the cost we’re satisfied, great for documentation.

The only thing missing is the kanban view option in the jobs hiring pipeline stage.

Great piece of kit this, easy to use and does everything we need it to do it, recommend highly.

Another great feature is the automated recruitment ability. This is an often hit trigger for me because of my many other responsibilities.

It helps me organise applications outside of my mailbox. The support I have received during the trial is really good.

I can complain a lot more about far more expensive wanna be platforms.

This is a good ATS tool which have all the features required for tracking various resumes and define stages for easy management.

Zoho is a ATS with good cost benefit, because it is very easy to work and it has a open API.

Support seems OK and responsive. The platform itself is intuitive and has good built in features.

Zoho HR is easy to use with good customization. It offers a good referral scheme that encourages staff to be involved in the recruitment process.

So far there is nothing that i have seen that i feel is a disadvantage since i am just trying it, maybe after  a prolonged trial run.

There is always a problem in the integration of this software with Microsoft Office 365 Outlook.

The thing I like best about Zoho Recruit is the price - it has a lot more features, data, and analytics for a price that a startup can afford.

As an ATS it's great, allows you very easily to pass CVs directly from your inbox. Very easy to use, overall great sofware for any agency or internal recruiter.
