Decent product, poor onboarding
Frustrating. The product is so close, but it is hard to pay for onboarding that can't help you do most of what you were told the platform can do.
PROSIt (somewhat) integrates with HubSpot and we use this as our CRM>
CONSThat nothing works as it should, or as I was told it would before we purchased it. I have waited over a month on an answer from the "support" team regarding an issue that salesperson told me the software could definitely do, but does not.

In speaking with our team, it seems that the issue was on based on a limitation with HubSpot's API, not our integration. As far as I understand our team has worked with you to resolve the issue quickly and we were already working with you before this review by bringing in additional integration specialists on a scheduled call. Robust Referral Program
Extremely positive; the Referral Rock working with our company has been amazing through the launching process and beyond.
PROSStraightforwardness of the platform, easy interface for company and members/referrals, reporting, onboarding and ongoing support.
CONSNot cons, but things that would be great if available in the future: more editing options for button order (and inclusion) on share widget/member dashboard, gathering more and more detailed information during member sign ups (full set of address fields), and more editing options on the referral landing page.
Reason for choosing Referral Rock
The most important reasons (even though there were many) were the ability to have mirror programs in English and Spanish, and the simplicity and variety of ways for member to share the program with their friends and family.
