Pros/Cons

Pros
This is a great affordable solution for those monitoring their media (and social media) mentions and you're on a budget.
I like that you can populate targeted results very easily!

Cons
It's pricey, but you pay for the high quality of resources which benefits you and your clients in the long run.
I think this software is somewhat "clunky" ... think there is definitely room from improvement with the user interface. Moving between listings is a little complex.

I love the user interface for Hootsuite, it is clean simple and the reporting is great. It is also very easy to use.
Easy to learn. Easy to use . The additions while sometimes annoying I love. It is also mobile with an app I can do while on the road

Cons
The interface is not as intuitive as some other products we use, but once you get used to it the tool is easy to navigate.
It is a great software, but it is very limited with the free version. You are only able to select a few profiles, and sites to post from and to.
