While the product is very good, Aha's customer service and support is far and away the best I have ever encountered, not only from software providers but pretty must across all walks of life.

So much flexibility in how you want to build out your roadmaps. Setting up workflows and custom fields/layouts to suite my organizations needs was super easy.

Aha! is an excellent tool for organizations looking to mature their product management processes.

Awsome support and help desk where it is easy to find information on the questions you have and very responsive customer support that are eager to help you.

Lack of Power Bi integration and no plan to schedule reports export.

It's the only product that actually helps me think through my strategy and links these models and timelines to tactics so that I can see progress against my objectives.

After getting used to it gives you ton of features to create stunning visualizations and project tracking on a very nice way.

The tool is creative and comprehensive, and it is always being tweaked and improved based on the feedback of their users.

We manage over 100 events a year and more than 40 sales people, so keeping them in the loop with our progress is great.

The navigation is also somewhat poor, and there are a handful of specific views that are hard to use, which is a point of confusion for many users.

Most importantly, it allows you to sync strategic planning with your operational tasks. The ability to highlight objectives/initiatives on the feature cards was extremely important.

Aha! brings clarity to my clients like no other tool I have used. There are other tools that do this or that but nothing is as easy to use and drives clarity for leadership in an organization.

Aha! can sometimes be buggy when typing up a new idea, the admin portal is messy and hard to navigate. It is difficult to search for particular items in the portal from the back end.

We have been extremely happy with the ease of use, overall features and value provided by Aha! for our roadmapping and project management needs.

Great integration with azure DevOps, great for tracking strategy goals, initiative and tie this together with release planning and features.

The support team is awesome. They are prompt, and work with you to provide a solution that fits your needs.

Everything works how you'd expect it to. It is EASY to use if you spend an hour or two looking at the help videos and basking in the glow of what an amazing product you're investing in.

The ideas portal is fabulous. Easy to configure, easy to use, and saves me hours of headaches trying to manage that.

I really like how easy it is to use and the ability to integrate with other tools. The Aha team has been great to work with.

The product itself is great and as a startup the special pricing package cant be beat.

But there is also plenty of other software in the world that does it. We did struggle a bit with the integration with Jira, but that's largely because of Jira deficiencies.

I also like that you can have an idea portal to solicit input from customers/end users. The investor presentation deck is also super useful.

Easy to use , mostly don't need help. Support is fantastic - never had a case open more than 10 minutes.

Not only me but my entire team is very satisfied with Aha! which is definitely a lovable product.

Honestly, I love the color schemes. It makes it very easy to use because of bold colors.

It has a lot of integration options (e.g., create tasks from Outlook email -- which is quite nice).

Wrike allowed me to structure my tasks and to follow my progress in the projects. This allows for better time management and the effect of the work accomplished is very beneficial.

Lastly,​ if it's​ not working out for you cancel the auto-renewal​ ASAP.

What I really hated about Wrike is how user unfriendly it is.

It's by far the best platform on the market- we looked at over ten. Great for creatives; love the Adobe Creative Cloud integration.

It is a very good tool to do collaborative work, we like it because it focuses on improving communication and keeping everyone attentive and integrated into the projects.

Overall I am happy, just reduce the cost and the reporting section and we would have a winning software.

I like that wrike provide us functions and tools to work in a easy way, I like that those functions with the graphic interface works really good and I like that you can use them to upgrade your work.

Wrike has come a long way and continues to grow. The fact that they start you off with very good features for free is a testament to their commitment to their user base.

Zero cost entry into project collaboration and organisation. Wrike is more powerful than Asana here because it does more for a lot less.

I like that I am abke to track time, issue and cost spent on projects in real-time with Wrike.

The flexibility and customisation makes it a bit confusing to start with, and I also found that the initial set up we had was not optimal.

We were very happy to see Wrike had a friendly and very usable interface that non-PM focused users could interact with easily.

The fact that I have to go into a submenu to close the panel is ridiculous.

Wrike was an awesome tool and allowed me to interact with other departments in such a smart way. The features offered made communication seamless and ensured that nothing fell through the cracks.

There was SO much on Wrike that it became hard to use and intimidating.

It also makes the relevant conversations and files more difficult to track down, since they might be lost in any of these subtasks.

There are some great features and modules. I think the software is capable of being a great tool in project management.

Expensive,  They offer NO REFUNDS, NO CREDIT, NO Contract options.

I really enjoyed some of the unique features like the robust reporting and the apps/integrations. The UI was also pleasant.

Annotating repetitive tasks is the best thing that I have experienced so far. Additionally, it is easy to track progress of work with Wrike.

I've been very sad and puzzled at the disconnect from what project planning and project management is, and the lack of desire to connect or find a solution for prospective customers.

A great do it all, would be the perfect tool if it wasn't for the price and reliability of the app.

Some limited features access the other management tools and need to pay for more use.

Good for managing high level projects and milestones. Gantt charts help visualize progress and keep our teams on top of their work.

The ease of use and access remotely and that I can get reports on each campaign from one soucre. It really save tome and money.

This software is great for collaborating on tasks with other colleagues. I like that I can set deadline dates and update the task anytime I want and the changes will be tracked.

It has excellent integration with Apple operating systems, both with Mac and iPhone, which allows us to be connected at all times.

The software is good, and we like the desktop user interface. The business has improved project management overall, and it was generally easy to implement.

Compared to nearly every other project management platform I've used it's by far the one with the worst UX.

The free option is very limited. No time tracking, no option for subtasks, and very limited storage included in.

Improved visualization of the actual workload capacity of the team. Folders can be created which are dedicated to be shared only with relevant team members.

The team at Wrike was so helpful getting us up and running and were very attentive to our needs. The software is easy to use, and provides great visibility on projects.

There isn't really a feature in Wrike I'd like to highlight, I think they're all awesome.

There is no warning system that reminds you of your pending tasks, and you only see them if you go into the app.

I like the waterfall management interface of Wrike. It also has a comprehensive pricing charts and nice third party apps integrations.

The customer service was good with an employee doing an initial walkthrough.

I like the reports and timetables that we can cooperate on preparing, which are effective and accurately express the percentage of completion of the project.

Another thing I like is the easiest way that Wrike integrates with other tools or apps like google, word, and excel.

Creation of workflow/roadmaps is very user friendly. Preset/automated workflow for frequently repeated tasks is very helpful.

An amazing tool to assist the team solve difficulties and plan ahead of time.

Pleasure experience working with this software, we have modernize on how we managing our project and we can get a real-time progress tracking after using Wrike.

The ability to customize each step of the workflow is most important for us. And the fact that customer service is always available, quick and willing to help, has made all the difference.
