Very rich functionality, close to HP Quality Center, in some areas even better. Excellent customer support, bug fixes and enhancements available, features requested by customers are implemented.

SpiraTest provides many solutions to integrate with other tools (e.g. Jira) so it's easy to integrate with our current workflow.

My only compaint is the lack of integration with Axosoft Ontime. Although it is my understanding that is coming very soon.

Hard sales pushing without regards towards user experience on trial signup.

If you have a very rigid development process it might be a product for you but if you are into more agile processes and/or get annoyed by bad UX this is not a product for you.

Inflectra products continue to impress us with their capabilities and value. Their technical service is top notch-  always responsive and spot-on in resolving any issues.

But we were a little bit disappointed that the last update just brought some changes regarding design. The buggy functionalities influencing the usability were not fixed (e.g. displaying the list).

Cannot be removed from emails, which is illegal. This is a form of harassment which is unwelcome in the current technology climate.

The product is very good and and a lot more worth for the price it comes for.

It would be good to see a few more features and clean up the UI to be able to have a better feeling of the projects you are currently working on.

We have had significant improvement in our testing process. We are very satisfied with the tool from both a processing perspective and the ease of use for the testers.

Reports and workflows restricted to individual projects which gets really frustrating unless all work is done in a single project.

We are happy to have a tool which provides the possibility to manage Requirements, Test Cases and Test Sets. Also the feature to test automatically is great.

It is annoying to search for a new Requirement at the end of the list and moving it up into the corresponding folder.

The support team has been excellent. I really appreciate their prompt, courteous responses.
