Their customer support is awesome and they respond to inquiries within 12 hours. The features are great and easy to use.

The Point of Sale offers many great features like the quick access tabs and return of sales.

This is not efficient and is time-consuming. QuickBooks Desktop is not updated for each change to an order.

Learning the software was not the easiest. There are some limitations with the package we bought.

I am pleased with this program and will continue to use it going forward.

I find it amazing, and refreshing, in today's business atmosphere that their are still companies like Agiliron with old fashioned values and the willingness to see us succeed.

Ability to perform bulk updates is great. Moving to Agiliron allowed us to standardize our inventory throughout the organization.

Using Agiliron has given us more confidence in our processes, and allowed us to focus on other areas of the business.

One thing I have found to be difficult with Agiliron is physical inventory.

This software offers a lot of great functionality for the user and once you get the hang of it, its quite easy to use.

There should be a detail report to print/view before printing the payroll checks. The pay liability section is good and bad, it is bad  if it is not used all the time.

Promises were empty, no follow through. Customer service was very poor; wouldn't get back to us until we followed up several times and threatened to cancel our contract with them.

This has eliminated a ton on manual entries and has saved us time and money compared to other systems.

Best value for the money. Onboarding process is great.

It is good for small or medium businesses to do the inventory.

I like that it integrates with Shopify and Quickbooks, it has options for customization, and there is endless opportunities for growth.

Staff training is great. Centrally managed inventory for multiple stores/warehouses and multiple sales channels.

IT is extremely user friendly and with that it saves time in training staff.

Frankly, we are a small company and I know they must have bigger clients but they always make us feel like we are very important and go out of their way to help us.

The only slight downside is a large learning curve to get used to its complex system.

Overall I love it has helped me grow and scale better I really do like it and like how they constantly adding new things to the software can be better and a little more user friendly.

Matrix item products allow us to generate infinite model numbers using multiple items code options to build our new construction stair box product.

I liked that I can have a front website customized to my particular needs, an internal management system for my business, and it is easily accessible across any device that can access the internet.

Functionality and customization is limited unless you have the Enterprise edition. Some of the back end formating causes issues with pricing with 8 decimal places.

Ability to integrate website database with in-store POS database; ability to link to QuickBooks accounting software; ability to perform POS sales on mobile device through app.

Engineering was even able to modify their system to accommodate a feature I needed that previously did not exist. Great company and great people to work with.

This software is saving us time and resources by simplifying the process to order, receive and ship out goods. The software is very robust and customizable and the customer service is excellent.

We look forward to working with the Agiliron team, as everyone I have spoken to has been very helpful and pleasant.

In summary I would say that I am very satisfied with the Paypal service for purchases, payment, especially immediate worldwide. Its clear and noble interface makes the operations pleasant.

I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.

What I liked most about this software was definitely the customer service. They were excellent in helping solve my issue and in a timely manner.

Easy to use and acceptable by tons of merchants/sellers. I also appreciate their support, as they have helped me resolves issues promptly.

I love how protective the company is and they are extremely reliable I love them they are just simply amazing.

The two things I hate about PayPal is its account limiting and favoring buyers disputes over sellers. This has promoted so much fraud.

It's super easy use to use. I love all the safety features it has especially protecting my personal information.

I like PayPal you can use it anywhere you can take it anywhere as it's easy access my experience with PayPal has been wonderful.

Additionally, I love the ease of transferring money PayPal provides. It's so simple to use, effective, and secure.

It sucks, too many issues, too poor customer service, not enough accountability with the partnered apps and businesses such as eBay.

I love Paypal because it is so easy to use and super compatible with anyone regardless of where they live.

I dislike that I've been charged a fee when others have sent money to me. When sending a small amount, it stinks to have a fee on that.

I am a big fan of paypal and the fact it gained trust within all major merchants. Would be good if it worked with amazon too.

My overall experience with PayPal is amazing I love them I would rate them an 11 if I could.

My only complaint is the customer service aspect. It's done through an email template so there is a delay in getting answers which is frustrating.

They can freeze your money at any time and you are stuck for months trying to appeal and have them release YOUR MONEY. This can kill your business.
