  • Pros

  • They integrate into our largest suppliers. They provided us some good 3rd party resources.
  • Very customizable, has a beautiful interface, and is built with powerful features including rules, look up lists, limitless product attributes, data mapping, and more.
  • Cons

  • The category and subcategory valid values information provided lack details or not there. Also the lack of video tutorials.
  • The customer service was awful and can only be reached by email. The usual response time was 48 to 72 hours.

  • The software is user friendly. Between the numerous integrations and the app I and my clients have been very satisfied with the ease of use.
  • I love that there are many benefits for clients, easy tutorials and for the most part Spa friendly.
  • Cons

  • I have a hard time Seeing my credit card charges that I pay , and i cannot figure out how to change my routing information. So some things could be designed clearer.
  • If an error is made in the transaction, the program is not allowed to cancel.
