Antiquated and clunky software

If I could undo this, I certainly would. This software is not worth the cost. Extremely disappointed, and will be looking for a new system as soon as the contract expires on this clumsy and overpriced 90s software.

PROS

The breadth of features is excellent, there is lots that the software does, and the integrations with suppliers are excellent.

CONS

This is very old software, and it shows. It comes from a time when software development was not concerned with the user experience. It is not intuitive, and it lacks features that you would take for granted even for software that costs a fraction of the price.

Reasons for switching to Epicor for Automotive

We wanted the cataloging and integration that Eagle offered.
