We have been so impressed with the reporting and timecard functions of this system. Easy to read, timely and the items you need to know most.

Didn't like the fact that after listening to what i wanted, they kept sending me the wrong cc machine. Forward 30 days,  i cancelled due to unforseen event, and they wouldnt refund anything.

The platform is very user friendly and very easy to navigate.

The schools accounting department loves the Admin side of the software very easy to use and reconcile. The software was very easy to setup and program.

I look at touch bistro epos now and lava I choosed rezku pos because how they treat me back to costumer service.

From the software to the back office reports this has been a great addition to Arizona Culinary Institute. I have not dealt with a better technical support, Very patient.

Back office easy to maneuver for settling up menus. We can change prices and items on the fly without disrupting the service.

Bartenders cash out much quicker and smoother, the ease of use and no room for mistakes or over rings is a plus making that part of the job easier.

Secondary system can be slow, connecting to host can get annoying at the worst times.

The only problem I have is in the reports and exports, there is not a description for the reports.

Stripe's documentation and API are an example for the whole software industry. Clear, easy, polished, powerful amongst it's qualities.

It is really good and fast, cheap commissions, good integrations. I recommended on most of the cases.

The good documentation and testing environment is a great advantage. Without having to wait for banks to provide you with payment and administration environments that take weeks to give you access.

And has superb documentation. Also has sdk ready and up to date for popular languages, due to its popularity it’s easy to find integration into most popular software.

Yeah ---- NEVER have I experienced this with Stripe. They have a beautiful online system, they have happy employees ---- that can only mean Stripe really knows how to stay in business.

Once I had a problem they is no customer support. They were withholding my payments.

API docs and technical support are outstanding. This is a developer-first system.

The thing that i hate the least about this is that you cannot get a live person on the phone and you have to deal with issues via their portal, cant manage disputes very well.

One quality I particularly appreciate is the ability to accept payments in a variety of international currencies.

It is easy to pull any report (all transactions, summary or detail, numerous reconciliation reports). Their customer service is great too, easy to reach and is very responsive.

Hello there, we are really frustrated and sad about Stripe cancelation fees and Stripe dispute method. We won't be working with them anymore.
