There are frequent updates which can be confusing. Wording/names of buttons will change with no warning.

The interface of the software is so good and attractive. It enables an easy payment processing and it helps in creating online stores easily without diffuclties.

Its ability to allow multiple people to log in such as employees or other people allowed to make sales with such ease is wonderful.

The support was responsive and the number of plugins is pretty outstanding for a platform this sized.

Shopify is hard to get a grasp on and you often do not know there is a problem with your marketplace until money is lost on the issue.

Greatest benefit is the Growth of the options offered and Shopify helps the user-business owner of the site use awesome marketing tools and apps.

Shopify is really fantastic. At first I was put off by the cost but the ease of use and customer service is excellent.

My overall experience with Shopify has been great and I am loving what it is doing for my business.

The adult novelty shop was killed when the credit processing was pulled leaving our client dead in the water.

This is a great ecommerce CMS and has great integrations to help any small business. Tip: The forums are actually very useful.

Shopify offers the best eCommerce solution with good competitive pricing. It is a safe and trusted bet for emerging businesses.

But on the admin level, it does show it's connected and we don't know why it has that difference. So the user option is limited and has misinformation.

The ability to track sales, and collect funds virtually anyway possible is great. Their customer service and care is way better than most companies.

Actually there are no many disadvantages or problems with Shopify. Premium subscription is a little costly.

The online guides are helpful, and the system is amazing. They take care of payments, orders, and marketing.

It has a good degree of flexibility to allow you to customize your front end - but the main plusses are the ease of creating an inventory and the eCommerce integration.

Customer service is great and super friendly. They are available during odd-hours, which gives us store owners more confidence.

Overall I enjoy the ease of use with Shopify and my customers are happy with their shopping experience.

Overall, we have had nothing but positive experiences with Shopify. I think that it is a great program, and is mostly user friendly for those who are not super tech-savvy.

The only complaint I have is that  I have to pay 30 bucks or more a month to use it depending on the package.

It can be hard sometimes to make changes on a design end, you can be blocked in by templates which can be frustrating especially changing between mobile and desktop.

Integration with CRMs can be a hit or miss. Integrating with Agile CRM over the years has been getting worse with some clients just giving up.

Splitting bills is very easy for front of house.

Love that it's one fixed price and includes lots of builtin features. Table management with the ability to transfer orders between tables.

Training for our staff has been easy, the program is very user friendly and great sized buttons for ease of vision and access.

Its very easy to use, and very easily to manipulate to suit your business and purposes.

SplitAbility POS is fast and reliable and has many back office features, reporting, customer loyalty, inventory and staff time management. The support is excellent and product development is ongoing.

They have a free trial period and then a very affordable monthly charge which has unlimited use access and devises.

Very good software and very easy to manipulate.

As long as you have WiFi your good to go, you can access your POS,  check-up on orders and make changes anywhere. Menu customising quite simple.

I need to manually do my own report by manipulating the google drive documents.

Setting up and editing settings is a little bit difficult, it is not very intuitive.

Able to  itemise each thing on the menu and then the drop down lists are great.

I found the initial setting up easy because it uses Google spreadsheets, the cutting pasting tool, reverse editing and the safety of data makes the POS and menu customising simple and quick.

There are many restaurants in Kabul selling local and other foods, most are managed in a local and traditional way and can waste time and money.

Great to have maps attached to delivery address quick look up. Everything backed up to google drive easy to use with bookkeeping.

Receipt font not able to adjust, older staff have hard time reading the ticket. Printers are to expensive however work at incredible speeds.

Customer support is also good, they reply promptly. Overall, it's a good option for a start-up business and potentially more.
