There are frequent updates which can be confusing. Wording/names of buttons will change with no warning.

The interface of the software is so good and attractive. It enables an easy payment processing and it helps in creating online stores easily without diffuclties.

Its ability to allow multiple people to log in such as employees or other people allowed to make sales with such ease is wonderful.

The support was responsive and the number of plugins is pretty outstanding for a platform this sized.

Shopify is hard to get a grasp on and you often do not know there is a problem with your marketplace until money is lost on the issue.

Greatest benefit is the Growth of the options offered and Shopify helps the user-business owner of the site use awesome marketing tools and apps.

Shopify is really fantastic. At first I was put off by the cost but the ease of use and customer service is excellent.

My overall experience with Shopify has been great and I am loving what it is doing for my business.

The adult novelty shop was killed when the credit processing was pulled leaving our client dead in the water.

This is a great ecommerce CMS and has great integrations to help any small business. Tip: The forums are actually very useful.

Shopify offers the best eCommerce solution with good competitive pricing. It is a safe and trusted bet for emerging businesses.

But on the admin level, it does show it's connected and we don't know why it has that difference. So the user option is limited and has misinformation.

The ability to track sales, and collect funds virtually anyway possible is great. Their customer service and care is way better than most companies.

Actually there are no many disadvantages or problems with Shopify. Premium subscription is a little costly.

The online guides are helpful, and the system is amazing. They take care of payments, orders, and marketing.

It has a good degree of flexibility to allow you to customize your front end - but the main plusses are the ease of creating an inventory and the eCommerce integration.

Customer service is great and super friendly. They are available during odd-hours, which gives us store owners more confidence.

Overall I enjoy the ease of use with Shopify and my customers are happy with their shopping experience.

I liked that it was very easy to use, lots of tutorials and guidance on how to use it to the best of your ability.

Everything about this platform is fantastic. The service, the data, the ease of use, the mobile app and the integrations.

Overall, we have had nothing but positive experiences with Shopify. I think that it is a great program, and is mostly user friendly for those who are not super tech-savvy.

The only complaint I have is that  I have to pay 30 bucks or more a month to use it depending on the package.

It can be hard sometimes to make changes on a design end, you can be blocked in by templates which can be frustrating especially changing between mobile and desktop.

The small budget to start , and the tools that helps you to get more sales in your store. And the amazing templates that were really professional and helpful for my costumers.

Shopify is one of the best, if not the best, online store builder. It is so easy to use, have great analytics and the set up team is awesome.

Integration with CRMs can be a hit or miss. Integrating with Agile CRM over the years has been getting worse with some clients just giving up.

Of it all I love how helpful they are with any questions you have and they ALWAYS help you get any problem you have fixed.

Very impressed with the professionalism and help provided when needed. I would recommend Wireless Standard POS to others.

So far, I have used it for the past 2 month and I don't see any Pros. This is the worst software I have ever used on a computer! hands down.

I couldn't delete a product once it is created, it has to be turn to inactive. Missing eCommerce option.

There is so much put into this software that it is very hard to keep up with all the possibilities.

I love the fact that it integrates so well with the different carrier portals (Boost Mobile BR store, ePay/WebPOS integration).

I like the integration with the wireless company's account managing website.

If you own your own wireless retail stores like me, I recommend this software.

Its been the worst experience ever. They signed my up saying one thing and then later saying something else.
