Stripe's documentation and API are an example for the whole software industry. Clear, easy, polished, powerful amongst it's qualities.

It is really good and fast, cheap commissions, good integrations. I recommended on most of the cases.

The good documentation and testing environment is a great advantage. Without having to wait for banks to provide you with payment and administration environments that take weeks to give you access.

And has superb documentation. Also has sdk ready and up to date for popular languages, due to its popularity it’s easy to find integration into most popular software.

Yeah ---- NEVER have I experienced this with Stripe. They have a beautiful online system, they have happy employees ---- that can only mean Stripe really knows how to stay in business.

Once I had a problem they is no customer support. They were withholding my payments.

API docs and technical support are outstanding. This is a developer-first system.

The thing that i hate the least about this is that you cannot get a live person on the phone and you have to deal with issues via their portal, cant manage disputes very well.

One quality I particularly appreciate is the ability to accept payments in a variety of international currencies.

It is easy to pull any report (all transactions, summary or detail, numerous reconciliation reports). Their customer service is great too, easy to reach and is very responsive.

Hello there, we are really frustrated and sad about Stripe cancelation fees and Stripe dispute method. We won't be working with them anymore.

They don't fight at all for the business. If it is disputed, you'll end up losing money on the transaction.

The idea of the app was good especially when the order is ready it will give notifications on our mobile which was mindblowing.

It's also so easy to take payments. Besides having very convenient operational benefits, Waiterio also helps me to do my administrative works.

It is hard to draw the tables on the menu: the fact that you have to add horizontally and vertically.

Plus, it helped me get a new vision for my restaurant, now I can clearly see ( with number) my best selling items, so that I can update my menu regularly. Price/ performance is really really good.

But i am having trouble communicating printer bleutooth ... i do not understand t.

Its easy to work with it and wireless conection.

I think the missing part is when you need to write the optional tip, in my country is 10% and this is not available.

Good in billing software, especially in restaurant and coffee shop as well as bar, its user friendly and end user can operate with out training.

There are a few limitations in the product which you may need to work around but unless you pay a lot of money for a bespoke product this will always be the case.
