I love that it is a bolt on to Microsoft Word, making it very quick to implement. We also own and store our content.

The time and effort Expedience has saved us are truly remarkable. Crafting responses to RFPs used to be a more cumbersome task, but with Expedience, the process has become much more streamlined.

The Expedience company has been responsive, supportive and fun to work with as well, making the overall experience a pleasure.

On top of that the customer service is fantastic. I've never not been able to get in touch with someone from Expedience and they are quick and thorough in troubleshooting and resolution.

Easy to train new users, seamless workflow process thanks to Word integration.

So far the product seems flexible and intuitive, the most impressive thing is the speed and consistency compared to our previous solution. Its early days for us, but the signs are good.

Style Palette - Love that the formatting/style components are integrated directly into Word.

The Expedience team is so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I enjoyed the monthly webinars because I don't use Expedience on a regular basis based on our somewhat limited need to create proposals.

The users do fine if they are given a branded template that requires almost no additional content insertion, but they struggle with using the Style Palette ribbon.

Ease of use, ability to store content and graphics in a well-organized way, integrates seamlessly with Word.

I haven't found anything I don't like about this software.

They have been amazing to work with, I always get a quick response when I have a question, and they always leave me better off than before I asked.

Sometimes the styles, page breaks and settings are a bit confusing to someone that may not be proficient in formatting.

This tool is intuitive and because it is mostly/completely based on MS Office functionality, it is future-proof. Especially the customer support is excellent.

Like the customization features that captured our unique business offerings. Not to mention my emails were always responded to and any tickets I opened they quickly resolved.

The other feature that I rely on heavily is the content portfolio. It's great to be able to have all of the proposal content seemingly living in the open document.

The software is good but the people with Proposify are GREAT. Having multiple types of proposals for different types of clients.

Little issues of moving the pricing tables and images, sometimes they are embedded, sometimes not. It depends and is frustrating.

Easily to modify and build your proposal template, and easy to maintain it to deliver to your customers.

Integrating with our CRM was as easy as a few mouse clicks. Clients love being able to review and sign proposals online, and I love the notifications and analytics behind the proposals.

Beautiful looking proposals, easy to use templates and libraries, very impressive for clients and it looks great when printed out too.

It helped us to create high quality proposal template which are so easy to deploy to new clients. We especially love the integrations with Hubspot CRM and Fresh books.

Glitchiest software we have EVER used. Trying to format is horrible.

The worst experience was when I lost hours worth of work for a big proposal (and it didn't autosave), making for a sleepless night.

Even better is the seemless integrations with Harvest, creating an invoice from a proposal when it is signed, and importing contacts from Harvest. This automated approach is saving me a bunch of time.

Easy to use, beautiful software and amazing customer support.

If you take everything mentioned above and add a sweet integration with Zapier it makes me a happy business owner.

Love the ability to save snippets to reuse later. Videos in proposals are a game changer.

It's great to see a SaaS product backed up by brilliant and quick customer support. This is so rare these days.

It is also nice that you can track when someone has opened your email/proposal and how long they have viewed different sections, which greatly helps during sales follow-ups.

Customer support is awesome and so responsive. Every proposal we have turned out with Proposify has looked amazing and our conversion rate has increased 20.

We used Proposify for a very long time and it was really nice. The template were great it  was a very easy to use software.

Additionally link sharing and signatures are super simple and make the signature process awesome.

I've used this both in an agency setting and as an individual consultant to craft and send proposals. I truly do believe that a great proposal (both visually and written) helps to win business.

We are also interested to see that a lot of third party integrations can be done on this tool like adding in Zoho platform etc.

It also lets us give options in the proposal for the client to pick things like # of years of licensing or change the amount of deliverables to get the final price they need.

Instead I've inherited a new set of problems created by Proposify that is far worse.

Pricey but looks like it is worth it. A free trial experience helps in knowing if it works for you.

The editor in the tool can also be a pain to work with - it's very clunky in parts and adding simple tables can be an infuriating experience.

We love being able to create beautiful, visually compelling proposals quickly from content that we have banked.

Honestly can't praise Proposify enough. The webapp runs really well, is very intuitive and straight forward.
