The software is good but the people with Proposify are GREAT. Having multiple types of proposals for different types of clients.

Little issues of moving the pricing tables and images, sometimes they are embedded, sometimes not. It depends and is frustrating.

Easily to modify and build your proposal template, and easy to maintain it to deliver to your customers.

Integrating with our CRM was as easy as a few mouse clicks. Clients love being able to review and sign proposals online, and I love the notifications and analytics behind the proposals.

Glitchiest software we have EVER used. Trying to format is horrible.

The worst experience was when I lost hours worth of work for a big proposal (and it didn't autosave), making for a sleepless night.

Even better is the seemless integrations with Harvest, creating an invoice from a proposal when it is signed, and importing contacts from Harvest. This automated approach is saving me a bunch of time.

If you take everything mentioned above and add a sweet integration with Zapier it makes me a happy business owner.

It is also nice that you can track when someone has opened your email/proposal and how long they have viewed different sections, which greatly helps during sales follow-ups.

Customer support is awesome and so responsive. Every proposal we have turned out with Proposify has looked amazing and our conversion rate has increased 20.

We used Proposify for a very long time and it was really nice. The template were great it  was a very easy to use software.

Additionally link sharing and signatures are super simple and make the signature process awesome.

I've used this both in an agency setting and as an individual consultant to craft and send proposals. I truly do believe that a great proposal (both visually and written) helps to win business.

We are also interested to see that a lot of third party integrations can be done on this tool like adding in Zoho platform etc.

It also lets us give options in the proposal for the client to pick things like # of years of licensing or change the amount of deliverables to get the final price they need.

Instead I've inherited a new set of problems created by Proposify that is far worse.

Pricey but looks like it is worth it. A free trial experience helps in knowing if it works for you.

The editor in the tool can also be a pain to work with - it's very clunky in parts and adding simple tables can be an infuriating experience.

We love being able to create beautiful, visually compelling proposals quickly from content that we have banked.

Honestly can't praise Proposify enough. The webapp runs really well, is very intuitive and straight forward.

Vendors that are no so computer savvy are intimidated by this. They usually get started and drop the process all together.

The software is easy to navigate and customer service is great.

That was the first objective and that's been successful. There's also also getting help internally when the answer is not known by subject matter experts and others.

I mostly loved that I didn't have to put together a paper response and FedEx it the day before the due date, so it saved me money and time.

We shopped a few different solutions and really appreciated the balance between the features of RFP360 and its relatively low costs in comparison to similar products.

Response level and ease of data input. The access points are wonderful.

Assigning roles and permissions. I was worried someone would see a section they weren't supposed to.

Having easy access to the answers and the ability to create the draft had the added benefit of helping me onboard quickly as well. The tool created a professional output and was very easy to use.

I liked how simple it was to navigate. I also liked that it was easy to confirm the submission of the SFP.

The data included with each record helps us confidently select the best answer. For example, we can quickly see who wrote the response, who has updated it, who approved it, and when it was last used.

The Knowledge Base feature was a little confusing. It almost seemed as if it was suggesting the answers I had already written.

We leverage both the issuing and responding, and it's a great central repository to host all your critical sales information with easy access for reps in all situations.

I have to say that the product matches the customer care and they are both amazing for our business.

I created our style on the 360 site, but there was no option for formatting spacing which was a headache to alter.

I felt like the experience flowed and I enjoyed the ability to comeback and have all my work saved.

It was my first time using this product and found it very easy to use. Would recommend to anyone submitting grants.

It seems I am very slow at understanding the process and have trouble double checking myself.

The ability to integrate existing RFP documents.

I haven't used it extensively, hence unaware of any misgivings of the same.

Filling RFP's into the platform is clunky and difficult. System has no intelligence built in for inserting new RFP without an individual having to spend a lot of time formatting and filling.
