Vendors that are no so computer savvy are intimidated by this. They usually get started and drop the process all together.

The software is easy to navigate and customer service is great.

That was the first objective and that's been successful. There's also also getting help internally when the answer is not known by subject matter experts and others.

We have increased the value we offer to our clients, as well as the speed with which we can formulate responses to proposals. The support team has been exceptional.

Salesforce integration - I am looking forward to this new capability and expect it will be valuable for our organization.

I mostly loved that I didn't have to put together a paper response and FedEx it the day before the due date, so it saved me money and time.

The data included with each record helps us confidently select the best answer. For example, we can quickly see who wrote the response, who has updated it, who approved it, and when it was last used.

The Knowledge Base feature was a little confusing. It almost seemed as if it was suggesting the answers I had already written.

We leverage both the issuing and responding, and it's a great central repository to host all your critical sales information with easy access for reps in all situations.

I have to say that the product matches the customer care and they are both amazing for our business.

I created our style on the 360 site, but there was no option for formatting spacing which was a headache to alter.

So far, I have had a great experience with RFPio and recommend the software to those working on proposals.

We've been able to calculate massive returns on investment in using their software, and I've enjoyed working with their team so much.

The customer service included with the tool is fantastic. They were always easy to get a hold of and were willing to help.

RFI, RFPs, Security docs can now be answered effortlessly with collaboration across teams, ease of exporting in same font and space, answer library and docs library, with excellent customer support.

I'm not sure what they're getting, and I don't know when it's been answered. May be a user error on my part.

We've had an excellent experience with RFPIO. The company continues to add highly relevant features to a very intuitive, user friendly platform.

Great Product, Easy to use with a great interface.

My SMEs are resistant to it -- they complain that working within the system is more work than working in the Word doc.

Customer support is excellent and suggestions for new features receive a rapid response and are often implemented within a couple of weeks.

My team members are often confused with the platform, no matter how simple I try to make it for them.

My experience with the product and the company and its employees has been great. I highly recommend RFPIO to those in the industry.

There is a little confusing language on completing a section makes it read only so someone would have to open it up to be editable again. This could be just the way our software is configured.

Lastly, it's been really helpful to be able to track the completion process and know how far along we are with the submission and any questions that may still be outstanding.

They provide excellent support and have implemented our ideas for new features and improvements. We are currently testing a new feature for them and love that we get to provide feedback.

Overall, RFPIO is a great product. I'm always impressed when I upload a complex source file and the software is able to identify the sections, questions and subquestions.

Their integrations with Google Drive are a plus for us, and their willingness to grow with us is also a great bonus.

This is due to the great answer library, recommendation engine, and great interface. Not to mention that they have a great customer success team which always lends a friendly hand when need be.

The actual interface of going through managing a project in RFPio is not straightforward and a bit confusing.

I think the import tool and the options for declaring entries (description, section, question, sub question, etc) can be a bit confusing.

It has greatly improved our RFP response process. Bi-directional integration with Salesforce is important for us and something we did not find with other solutions.

The collaboration and workflow is outstanding. The Customer Services is TOP NOTCH.

The same functionality at a fraction of the cost of the big guys. Customer support is top notch - all questions or requests for help are addressed within the same day (or within 24 hours at most).
