  • Pros

  • The software is easy to navigate and customer service is great.
  • Salesforce integration - I am looking forward to this new capability and expect it will be valuable for our organization.
  • Cons

  • Vendors that are no so computer savvy are intimidated by this. They usually get started and drop the process all together.
  • Assigning roles and permissions. I was worried someone would see a section they weren't supposed to.

  • Ease of use and searching capabilities - it is just intuitive and straight forward.
  • I like that the update team is responsive to requests from users, and that it is continually being improved. The system is easy to use, and integrates into MSFT and SalesForce products easily.
  • Cons

  • Still figuring out the integration into our template, but that's just lack of time on my part, rather than a flaw in the software itself.
  • Not sure if how back end works when customer sends a spreadsheet. I suspect the admins have some more work to do to make it easier for me.
