At times when I'm using the QE feature, the individual grades gets deleted. The app is terrible For the student to check grades and homework assignments/answers that I have posted.

I have used this product for a number of years, and 10 years ago it was a superior product and it is still a superior product.

But the administrator has to remote into a Windows environment, which is really just a minor inconvenience all things considered, and they are working on the new web based Admin Plus.

The huge recent addition is integration between the GradeBook and Google Classroom, that really helped our school during Covid-19 as did their fantastic Support and other teams.

We were very happy to renew our contract with Rediker this year, they are a solid company on the right path. And they have perhaps the most reasonable price point on the market.

I love the Lookup feature and Excel Integration features. I also love the online forms and am always finding new ways to use it.

We have a small independent school and it is costly.

That one thing puts Rediker into a whole different category, such that if you're using Google Classroom you really need to look at Rediker and see if it would fit your school's needs.

The little things about this software will ruin your work day. This is death by a thousand cuts.

Training and Support are outstanding at helping you. It covers all you need from a SIS, GradeBook, and Parent Portal, and has some billing, accounting, and fundraising options.

After a while this becomes annoying because of the extra seconds on every click that users must go through.

After 15 years, we're shelving Rediker and moving to a new SIS. The integration between systems has been rocky and unstable to say the least and we've had to rig and workaround every module.

Although Rediker has grown during this time and added many more staff members, the same level of knowledgeable and courteous help from the Rediker support team is always available.

In addition to their spot on customer service, the folks at Rediker Software are very interested in making this application the best of its kind on the market.

The effectiveness and easiness of finding student/teacher information quickly. Love how you can create any kind spreadsheets for practically everything.

The price point of Rediker's Admin Plus is perfect for small and smaller schools — independent or otherwise. Further, account managers always want to be incredibly helpful.

Some of the most basic functions and procedures are very hard to intuitively figure out.

Admin+ is the perfect database solution for our school. All-inclusive, easy to use & well supported.

I like the new features and functionalities that have been added recently. I like that I can usually get all the data I need quickly.

It is great school manager, useful for teachers and students, helps to schedule classes and assessments.

Support staff I use the product for everything at the school and it is by far the best. Would recommend this product to any school.

It is not intuitive AT ALL. It is a bit hard to get around in.

He walks  me through new and various approaches to improve my technique as the school  administrator on My Students Progress. He is always very patient, understanding and happy to help.

The only downside in my option, is that once the lunch module is closed to ordering, the parents can no longer go back into the lunch screen to just see the days they ordered.

It fits our budget, it has log-ins for parents, students, teachers, and administrators, customer support has been very good.

It is very easy to use helps me keep with how well my students are doing. It also helps me keep up with there grades.

My Students Progress is user friendly, easy to navigate, and most importantly, dependable.

My overall experience has been amazing I will be continuing to use it.

You are a name that is unique and treating according to your needs. I often wonder how MSP makes any money giving us so much customer service on top of an amazing program.

I can input grades, comments, report card information, assignments, due dates, rubrics, and sample assignments. The customer support is also prompt and proactive in helping our team.

If there is an extra space, or an invalid character, you will be taken to an error screen but the cause of the error is not given.

The structure of things in the database seems well planned and things mesh well. The support I receive whenever I call or email is outstanding.

It is easy to manage student information and new features are being added all the time. The support is outstanding and responsive.

All of the capabilities we have with it within different modules  and how they relate to one another. Also the usability is great.

As an administrator, the software is intuitive and usually easy to use.

Great technical support for product that gets the job done.

Missing grades or comments. Inability to limit number of characters in comments fields for report cards.

Some of the issues have been difficult to navigate without customer support.
