Netstock for Sales Forecasting / Demand Planning. Netsuite claims to be able to do all of the above, it may do, but to such a poor level, it's not a viable option.

Great cloud based ERP system. We’ve invested in customizing it to our exact needs.

For my particular area of work, inventory management is great and is better than its competitors.

When NetSuite has errors, they tend to be very bad ones and take a while to get fixed, which hurts our daily business.

The structure of Estimate > Sales Order > Invoice is nice. Use of Tasks and Customer notes, contacts and related information is also nice.

You can integrate with any other application and also it's very fast and reliable. This can be the good solution for EDI also.

The robust features that come out of the box are great. I like the abundance of add on Modules and Suiteapps available.

It helps tie costs and resources to a project code and manage expense approvals and reporting. Woud really like some features for mass uploads to save time.

They have so much 'clicking' to do they get confused, push the wrong button and because the whole thing is in effect an accounts package it can be difficult to undo the mess.

I love being able to mess around and try things without actually affecting the books. It also integrates with just about every finance product I've ever been interested in.

NetSuite can be difficult to learn at the beginning. You also have to pay for an outside service to link you emails from Outlook to NetSuite.

No accountability for system issues, error, or outages. Sneaky contracts that will hook you with discounts and raise fees exorbitantly after your are stuck with your data and huge conversion costs.

We have had poor support with the local NetSuite facilitating company. While we have made strides in the integration, it has taken years to do so, and we are a small company.

Honestly the best thing I like about NetSuite is how easy it is to contact Customer Service and how helpful they are.

The customer support is horrible. You can call your Account Executive and it takes days, weeks or months to get results.

After the trial it’s very hard to get any customer service or contact from the company. The service team sells the product and then they are nowhere to be found, and very difficult to contact.

A very good software for cloud base and does the basics  as well as for any other added customisation.

Set up team is great, and very accommodating. Overall product is great and we are looking forward to a lasting relationship.

Netsuite is essential to our finance department. It is user friendly and I would recommend to any company looking to switch their software.

I tested the free trial for the software and was amazed at it's capability. Definitely a winner for any company looking to scale their business.

NetSuite has been a great place for our company to store its financial information in a way that is organized and clean.

ShipWorks has been fantastic to work with and has sped up our operations tremendously. While we've only been on it for a couple of months, it's been a fantastic value for us so far.

You could have more than one user and you could see what user printed what shipping label. This program is great for beginners too because it's so easy to use and understand.

I have multiple sales channels on different domains, and I have to pay Shipworks their fee each month for EACH channel.

They always provide suggestions on how to make my shipping even better so that I save more money. I could not be more satisfied.

It organizes your data from different sources, allows for varied analysis, and has many built in features that save a lot of time and money.

The software has had a little trouble pulling in our custom options titles from Magento 2.

Overall Shipworks has fantastic customer service and goes the extra mile to provide the best shipping solution.

You will go from a clunky and time-consuming shipping method, to saving lots of time AND money with your newly-found efficiency.

It was a little difficult initially to navigate the settings and change preferences. Other than that I have no other cons.

Lots of options to customize to suit our needs. Customer service to ready and able to assist directly on the software.

Like I said it works, so not much to complain about. I am thinking of switching to a web based solution that won't charge me for every store I have.

Shipping software is very easy to use and integrate with store.

Additionally theis software is customizable to meet our needs. We've automated every step of our shipping process and now save an hour a day as opposed to when we used UPS Worldship or USPS Endicia.

Communicates back to the website with the status update and tracking info. These are pretty much the basics that are required.

Customer service was great with initial set up. Very responsive, helpful, and friendly.

In general it has been great and gets the job done for what we need.

Not being a cloud based system really stinks. It makes having employees in multiple locations, to work in the same data very difficult.

For a first time software user of this type it was easy to set up and understand.

Sometimes ShipWorks will crash (either it freezes for a second to reconnect or it will completely shut down).

ShipWorks made it possible for us to lower our total processing time per order to just seconds. Reliable and easy to use, by far our favorite software.

I have called into customer service multiple times and they are one of the best support teams I've ever reached out to.

I love the software, but the support is absolutely amazing. I'm the kind of person that usually figures stuff out on my own, but ShipWorks is so helpful that I actually like talking to them.

I personally believe Shipstation is better, it is web based and runs smoother. I also like the data is provides as far as revenue and shipping costs.

The integration with just about any API or FTP capable system also means that this is very flexible.

There are occasional bugs that can be frustrating and apparently difficult for ShipWorks to squash, given that everyone has differing systems, printers, etc.

I hate that it's installed on your computer. This means that you can only do your print from the computer in the office that's set up.
