  • Pros

  • Best in remote access to connect any time and this is very easy for IT admin to jump on. Always BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT to take owner ship.
  • I have worked with more advanced products for years, but this just works. Support is great and the community is awesome.
  • Cons

  • I dislike that I can not be logged in on multiple devices.
  • There is NO way to speak to someone, everything is bot type chat, long hold queues and email tickets. Avoid this, you get what you pay for.

  • Mobile app is awesome, implementation is easy - so anyone should be able to configure this, even those less experienced people.
  • Ease of use and implementation. Integration with Zendesk and Slack, plus integrated kaspersky antivirus.
  • Cons

  • No pulseway uninstall utility available. Built in uninstaller does not remove all traces of the app.
  • Mainly because I am a total noob with PS and prefer to learn from others.
