Best in remote access to connect any time and this is very easy for IT admin to jump on. Always BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT to take owner ship.

I dislike that I can not be logged in on multiple devices.

There is NO way to speak to someone, everything is bot type chat, long hold queues and email tickets. Avoid this, you get what you pay for.

Over all I'm really happy with Atera it meets many of our needs and does almost all that we need it too. Also their support has been top notch.

I have worked with more advanced products for years, but this just works. Support is great and the community is awesome.

The worst thing I would say is probably the file size limitation when moving files via Manage > File Transfer.

Remote access and recovery management are the key benefits that we have gained.

Nothing to Dislike but Lack of Linux agent is killing us.

This is the best value I have been able to find with all the RMMs, with all the features I need and many I dont, that i have been able to find at a good price point for any company size.

The alerts is a major plus and the ability to break down certain customers to folders for locations is great. The integration with Splashtop and Teamviewer is a big deal also.

I was using a home grown solution that was clunky and I didn't really have time to build out. This has what I need, and the cost is far better then other solutions.

The reporting is a bit weak. I'm used to being able to hook into the database and generate custom reports coming from Connectwise.

It is a perfect fit for application managers who need an easy to use, affordable tool to support a large or small flock of systems and associated applications and users. Tech Support is very good.

A nice gui and a strong search engine make it easy to use. Patch management much more effective than my previous product.

I like the remote management ,bundling with Splashtop, integration with Anti-Virus and other packages. There is far more features than we use.

We can quickly see where there are problems through the dashboard.

I feel happy with this tool, it helps me a lot.

Patch alerting is weak; Not sure about Antivirus alerts.

They actually care about their customers and their success. The flat per technician pricing is fantastic.

My favorite thing though has to be the dedication the Atera team shows this product as it is being constantly improved and added to which my previous product did not.

The willingness for all participants to help each other [including our organization - which is quite new to the group] is truly excellent, & well appreciated for us 'newbies' that are ramping up.

Our developers use the SQL Sentry client as well and are able to investigate issues on their own without always having to rely on our Database Administrators.

Very good tools, able to check history, and generate report.

There are errors reported and when you try to get more information the details are a little cryptic. In some cases the issue being reported is inconsequential.

There are errors or warnings that are posted that are transient. The overall score can be impacted negatively by transient states.

The way blocking is presented sometimes is a little confusing.

The customization and ease of mining the data. The senteyone team is willing to share all that they can to make this product your own.

There are some errors that are reported, but the source of the error is not easily found... it requires additional queries in SSMS to find the underlying issue.

I can recommend this tool as a productive tool and also as a effective investment for a company for server management and database management.

I was SUPER pleased with the turnaround. Along with the performance of the product, SenteyOne customer service moved us to purchase this product.

Overall it has been good working with them. CSR at the company is hands down a great resource  and extremely helpful when I had an issue or just needed help getting something to work.

Minor complaint, especially because it's an incredible value for the money. No reason NOT to use it.

It's free, it provides a ton of extra information (in a much easier to read format), and it integrates super cleanly with SSMS.

Overall, this is the best monitoring tool I have seen for a DBMS.
