- Simple Texting is very easy to use and is great for helping us keep in touch and communicating effectively with our clients.
- It is an unbelievable tool that lets us speak straight to our potential clients. We get great feedback from our clients because they feel like they have a direct connection to us.

- This was to prevent SPAM texting, but should be disclosed to users up front, especially API users.
- A staff member lied to me about what Simpletexting could do. After I pointed out that he was lying, they banned me and suspended my account.
Pros
- Most importantly I love how user friendly it is, I had tried two separate site prior and had horrible experiences. This is beginning friendly, priced reasonably and the customer service is amazing.
- Super easy to use, reasonable pricing for Small businesses, great & quick customer service, and awesome features like bday list as well as automatic conditions that allow you to customize lists.
Cons
- The employee said (direct quote) “I’m not talking to you about this and there’s no management for you to talk to.
- However, I don't like it when a text word is already taken. It has only happened once but it's just part of how text message marketing works.
