A fantastic, important service

If we ever get a PIA request, ArchiveSocial will pay for itself. It's the best insurance policy a PIO can have against lost time and work.

PROS

I like that I don't have to worry about dealing with pages and pages of metadata if I ever get a Public Information Act request

CONS

I don't like that I can't get a "remember me" button on the login page. Seriously, the worst thing about this program is that I have to type my email address and password.

Satisfied Customer - One Happy City Clerk

ArchiveSocial takes care of all of our social media accounts and we are now adding our website. As a local government entity in Florida which is the most transparent state of all, we are constantly dealing with public records requests. ArchiveSocial makes it easy to search and create reports for any requests we get. They recently offered their web snapshot which is going to be a lifesaver.

PROS

Outstanding Customer Service. Something less that I don't have to worry about doing. ArchiveSocial does it all for us.

CONS

There is nothing that I don't like about this software.

PROS

Fast and easy way to archive social media content across several platforms. The setup is quick and the cost is well worth it. The ArchiveSocial team also works with you if you happen to exceed your quota for a given period. The entire process is very simple and friendly. This is especially helpful for those in a government role, as we are required to archive all communications especially those made by our elected officials.

CONS

Overall we have been very satisfied with the software. The only thing that could make it better is if it was free. However, the pricing structure is very reasonable.

A great product with EXCELLENT support

The best you can get - you set it up, then forget about it, and when you need it, it's there.

PROS

We looked at a couple products in this arena and chose this one for its features and price. We've been very happy with it. It was extremely easy to set up, and we don't have to worry that it stops archiving when something in one of the social media platforms changes, because they either take care of it themselves, or let us know immediately.

CONS

It would be nice if it could archive on the unreasonable schedule our current web host requires, but I can't really fault them for that.

Quietly effective, ArchiveSocial brings peace of mind

We love ArchiveSocial! As one of its earliest clients, we have been impressed by the easy access to comprehensive records for each of our social media accounts. Most of all, that means peace of mind if we're ever faced with a FOIA request.

PROS

ArchiveSocial provides a reliable service with an easy-to-use interface, enabling us to keep complete records of each of our social media accounts dating back to 2012. Customer service, on the rare occasion that we've needed it, has been friendly and responsive. The product has changed with us over time, as we have added and removed social media accounts.

CONS

There's nothing about ArchiveSocial that we don't like. They have been a great vendor and partner with us.

ArchiveSocial was among the first in the market as well as local to us. We met with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] in the early days of their service, and we were impressed then and continue to be pleased with the product and the customer service we have received.
