The work they did to integrate the League Apps side of the website to match our University's has been fantastic.

I LOVE the customer service hospitality that is constantly displayed by the staff. Their positive energy is infectious.

I am working through the roster functionality currently and it's a little more difficult to set up that on previous sites.

Lots of little things keep this program from being a 4-5 out of 5. Standings aren't visible to the public, it doesn't calculate tie games correctly, schedule is hard to find.

The ability to quickly add new programs and very effectively manage the components of our business. Was very easy to integrate into our business at first and eventually with any new product offerings.

Most importantly,  I have had a very positive response from my families, and for that, I know that I made the right decision. It was an investment in my company that was well-spent.

I truly have a team that works with me, supports me and answers any questions I may have. Our website is exactly what we dreamed of and continues to grow with us.

The software is so easy to navigate. I am not tech savvy and I was able to figure things out within a couple of days of our launch.

I love that I can track it easily. The financial reports, invoices, discount codes, etc are Awesome.

I was on an annual billing plan, but stopped managing the team half way into the year. There was no refund even though I stopped using the site for 6 months.

We never should’ve worried as our families and our coaches have all benefited from our transition to team snap.

It is easy to use, very intuitive, and extremely helpful. We love that it syncs calendars and makes communication easy among a team.

Also, they have great customer service who helped me when I was having a problem subscribing to TeamSnap  calendar from Apple calendar.

Sometimes very laggy to use and slow, but could be a problem on my end.

This tool has been so helpful to organize our life with all of our kids teams practices and games. Connects with our calendar.

It also looks a lot better than me just writing it and posting a picture, and parents see it as a professional tool and definitely feel they are getting their money's worth.

The key asset is communication - quick, easy and timely.

It appeared that only the administrator could do certain things, so we all got confused trying to navigate or provide input/information that she requested. Then had to go to her to sort it out.

It is the worst app I have ever used and I use hundreds of them.

On rare occasions, the servers are down. I have only experienced this once in my time using it, but it was frustrating that one time.

Great interface- they really get what people need to manage teams. Quick response from customer support.

After contacting their support they told me you can't view previous payments in the app. So conflicting information.

After using this software for just a few months, each individual and family on our squad took part and enjoyed their working in the software.

The cost of this product is great for the amount of information you can quickly manage your team.

Maps are frequently wrong and have taken people to wrong parks.

They want specific examples of the problem with the registration which would be very difficult to explain in words without being able to show them.

The color palate chosen for the software is nice. At this point I'm so frustrated with customer service and all the things that don't work right, that if there were anything good I don't remember.

It's easy to use and easy to read and doesn't have alot of bells and whistles.

The fact that I get an awesome experience on both web and mobile. My players can use this on their phones just as easy as they can while they are at work to update game statuses, etc.

Its confusing, costly, and ran into user issues.

They get away with it because I doubt very seriously if anyone uses their software full time, including their customer support.

It allows for very quick and easy communication with everyone on my team. The site is very easy to navigate and has allows for a multitude of communication methods.

I like the idea of having a software that will integrate into our business that allows us to spend less time on administrative work and more focusing on building our brand.

There are several functions that are pretty easy to use. Keep all the employees contact info handy is useful.

TeamSnap has been a great tool to ensure that groups are aware of everything. It is great to keep up with what is owed and when it is due or when the next practice is scheduled.
