Have only recently been using AskNicely, but the set up was super simple, the customer support was amazing, and we're already getting great actionable feedback from our NPS responses.

I think this app is really worth the investment and guides you in the right product decisions.

Missing a few things I think would be common sense for the program to have.

What I loved most was how easily we started receiving reviews by using the AskNicely Intercom integration.

AskNice.ly is an elegant NPS collection tool, compatible with lots of useful integrations.

Luckily we have enough customers to justify the reasonable costs for doing our external customers. All in all I couldn't be happier.

The software is very easy to setup and manage. The interface is extremely intuitive, and it is wonderful that it integrates with our marketing automation software, HubSpot.

The only problem we had with the software is that we couldn't organize our surveys via separate campaigns.

Easy and speed of use makes it very user friendly ans an easy thing to do in my day and its a method of communication our clients like.

The surveys are easy to setup for the admin and easy for clients to fill out. The analytics we received from the surveys were very useful in making business decisions.

We did not have a 'close it' option when we were using it in-app, so a few our users became annoyed.

It is not very responsive in the terms of error feedback. Has no alert function (NPS alerts or database alerts).

Having used this survey company for a little more than a year, currently I have no reason to look for another survey company to use.

The software can integrate with your official business social media accounts for formatted, easy to copy-paste posts to reach a wider audience.

Getting a QR code was not as intuitive as SurveyMonkey, but their customer service easily bypassed this problem.

It appears that the basic version is so limited that it's useless.

Which is just great and the response to your email is super fast. Overall I'm very pleased and definitely​ recommend SoGoSurvey.

It accomplished everything we needed with ease of use for our company as well as our customers. It was quick, simple, clean lined which we have found customers to be more responsive to.

If you don't, the price would be very costly. With that being said, it is still a great application with a lot of great features.

My institution purchases Qualtrics, and while excellent, that software is priced beyond the means of typical individual researchers.
