Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to setup. I like the Slack integration. It really unites the company around the customer. I also like the email experience too.

  • The analytics. Really love the dashboard. We use it to show the team a daily glimpse of their performance and it looks really great. Easy to setup and understand.

  • Cons

  • scoring system can be a bit fluid until a large number has gone through. But it still highlights any issues.

  • As an account manager, i am only interested in a few accounts and their responses. I would like to be able to select multiple accounts at a time and only see them.

  • Pros

  • Simplicity, its easy to use. Has every option that one needs. Its easy to integrate with zoho crm. It has also saved us a lot of money by enabling us to work with less staff.

  • Very easy to use, and it incorporates most important features, and you can pay per month, which is also a plus. Since you can manage how often you use the application

  • Cons

  • The surveys can look a bit clunky... but if design is not a high priority, Zoho Survey (and Zoho in general) is a great tool.

  • There is not much I can say as a weakness for now, however continuous improvement to make customer experience more memorable is key for sustainable growth of Zoho.
