Great solution for offline surveys & raffles on shows and online on your website at the same time

I use quick tap survey to collect end consumer datas at fairs. Mainly I am running raffles on the app with one or two raffle questions about my products and customers can win great prizes when joining the raffles. Raffles are running on the website at the same time.

PROS

It covers all my needs, it's easy to setup and in case you need help they offer an outstanding customer support that helps you immediately. They even call you to discuss your problems on the phone. Great service!

CONS

The costs. I am starting my business right now and wished there would be a 'start up ' plan which is bit cheaper. If you have hundreds of users the plan price is good but if you are a start up with only some datas then the plans are kind of expensive.

Survey Simplicity At Its Finest!

As can probably be implied via my previous responses, my overall experience with QuickTapSurvey has been phenomenal. Setting up surveys is seamless, sharing them is as simple as can be, and responding to them is easy and takes only a short amount of time. Five stars!

PROS

The first characteristic that comes to mind when I think of QuickTapSurvey is SIMPLICITY. I have never used a survey platform which offers such a neat and simplistic method of answering survey questions for consumers. As can be implied via its name, QuickTapSurvey provides the responder with quick one-tap methods of response, with response options varying in form from text-only to text with picture to pictures only. Setting up the surveys is extremely simple, as well. All it takes it about 5 minutes, or in some cases, less, to set up a survey for responses. I also like how easy it is to share the survey with the appropriate responders, (as it can be done via email or text via a link). Lastly, I like the pricing for this service, as it is really fair compared to comparable services that actually offer a user experience that is not as good.

CONS

There is simply nothing I can point out as a negative when it comes to this service. The service aims to provide a simple method of creating surveys, and a simple way of being able to respond to them. Both of these objectives keep on getting met without fail for as long as I have been using this service, which is a decent amount of time. I would absolutely recommend the service to anyone.

Worst survey company I’ve ever used.

Horrible, nasty customer service and it’s just a shit system.

PROS

Can’t say I liked anything.. the reporting is horrible work with and when it’s downloaded it’s a such a manual task to pull the information. Waste of time.

CONS

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with... the limitations and lack of features made it the worst to work with. The customisations are incredibly painful to work with and the lack of support is disgusting... they promise you all the requests you ask for are coming in the future and fail to deliver. They are also the most expensive survey company I’ve ever seen for shit product.

Does What It Says and Does It Well

Great experience. Does what it claims to and does it well and easily.

PROS

Ease of use both in setup and for the customer. Very straightforward with a number of customization options for what type of questions are asked and how it looks to the guest.

CONS

There used to be a way to send the same survey people are doing in person to others online or by email. They removed that functionality after being bought by Formstack. I would love to see that option return.

Boost for your business

QuickTapSurvey changed the way we handle internal reporting and how we communicate with our clients. We decided to use this application because of its simplicity & user friendly. It was a very easy start and took just few moments to setup. Would recommend QuickTapSurvey to every company trying to keep a trail of their internal processes.

PROS

Easy to use (setting up users, surveys & notifications); Easy to use available tools, download & export information; Customer service is one of the best, very polite and eager to help.

CONS

Not easy to manage surveys (would be useful if users could create catalogs etc.); No search option for information submitted in each survey (having over 1000 replies is very difficult and sometimes impossible to find anything); Difficult to manage licences & prices should be more flexible to meet customer requirements.

Excellent Software, Wonderful Customer Service

PROS

I used QuickTap in the past to gather public environmental survey data for one of my undergraduate projects. I found the software incredibly easy to use - my survey was super easy to set up, and everything was very customizable. There was one function I needed that was not available at the time, and after a conversation with customer support, they added this function after only a brief amount of time.

CONS

At the time that I used the software (now over a year ago), some functions were not yet available. However, they are very quick to respond to customer service requests and were able to add the functions I needed in no time, so this was never an issue.

Easy to Use. Reliable. Great Value!

We purchased QuickTap to help simplify our lead capture at shows & events and it has done exactly that! Not only has it made the entire process easier, we also increased the amount of leads collected by over 150%. For our company, the best part is we can turn the paid service off and on when we need it; and because we do not have an event every month, this feature has saved us a lot of wasted expense. I have only needed customer support 1 time so far, but my question was handled quickly, first with online chat and then a follow up call. Excellent service! We have been using the app for 2 years now and there is no looking back. Best data collection app out there in my opinion.

Great Price and Customer Service

PROS

I really like the simplicity of the Quicktap survey interface and the affordable price. After looking into several options for creating and disseminating an offline survey, Quicktap offered the best value by far. In addition, I have utilized the online chat feature several times and have received prompt and reliable customer service.

CONS

The only negative aspect of Quicktap that I have experienced is the somewhat difficult process of applying complex skip logic to surveys. Currently, you are required to enter specific formulas which are likely not intuitive for most users and which will not work properly if you end up removing or changing questions. So, it can be a frustrating process. One other issue I have come across is the inability to allow the selection of more than one answer choice while also including an "Other" option with text box for specifying answers.

A tiny real gem

Would recommend it if you need a lot of real-time customer feedback!

Execellent Product

PROS

I was delighted with QuickTap because it is affordable, easy to understand for set-up, provided great options, and the visitors had an easy time taking the survey.It was great that we did not need internet access for folks to take the survey at our Fitness Fair. I liked that I could edit it easily and quickly. I like the many options of ways have visitors reply. I like that as a 501c3, I can not pay when I am not using this service.

CONS

Needs more/higher exposure on Google! I don't like that I have to come up with 100 characters of negative commetns to complete this box!

Well begun

Just started using the app. Got to set up a questionnaire for a survey with about 100 questions and some skip logic. So far my experience with app is very positive! It's light and clear, user-friendly and intuitive. It works fast as well. When I sent a note to customer support team about a minor issue (some images were not in place in one help section) they answered in few hours (early morning, given the time difference) explaining that they've been changing the picture to make them better. In few hours the pictures were in place. Actually, I believe they've been changing pictures due to the recent redesign of the app, which I really enjoy. Now it is even better than few weeks ago, when I first looked at the app. Well begun is half done, right? :) Will be back here to rate the app again after the survey is over to share the experience in actually using it.

Very Good with Lots of Potential

I am a contractor who found this as a way to collect leads offline on a tablet at our annual trade show and was so happy with the design options, customizable input screens and overall quality that I want to use the collect information from all of our customers on a daily basis. Unfortunately there is no way to email surveys to customers who call in and set up an appointment so that our salesmen can arrive with more information. Great support though, thanks Will for your help, and also the question branching feature looks great for us even though I haven't gotten to really use it yet.

Overall it has even decent; I no longer use as frequently.

PROS

Surveys offered are simple and easy to complete; surveys are also reasonable in terms of length and time required to complete.

CONS

Very few surveys are ever offered; takes a very long time to redeem any type of reward after completing surveys.

Great product, best customer service ever!

QuickTap is the only product on the market that allows us to collect survey data the way we want. They have worked with us from the beginning to meet our needs and to help us plan for and troubleshoot a very complicated survey plan. We literally would not be able to conduct our research without this platform.

Great App

I've been using this app at trade shows and vendor show to qualify leads and in return have been giving out SWAG or doing a raffle for SWAG. It's been a really great tool! It helps me to easily rank leads from a show as far as importance based on their answers to my questions and gives me good targeted information as to how best to follow up. The app is easy-to-use, customer support has been fantastic, and the price is great! I highly recommend this app!!

Quick Tap Survey App is Awesome

We have been using the app for several years at all of the bridal shows and open houses that we attend. We use iPads in a Kiosk in our booth. We create a custom survey for each event, each has it's own special pictures, this allows us to be able to tell our story about our company and our services and then also capture important client details that make it easy for us to followup via email or phone after the event. It is a very high-tech way to make your company stand out.

CONS

No longer support iPad 1, only iPad 2's and up.

Easy to use product. And quick, friendly, attentive and responsive customer service personnel

We used Quick Tap Survey to capture contact details at Conferences. It's leads to more accurate data capture, as delegates can input their details on iPad. It also provides immediate capture of data, for use immediately if required. Prior to this, on paper, our administrative team had to decipher handwritten notes/details, which was a challenge. Also, they had to transfer those hand written notes, to xl/word documents for circulating across the team. Great product.

Intuitive form design processes combine with other amazing features to give create great surveys

QuickTap gave us exactly what was promised, plus change. They had tailored solutions to fit all of our varied project needs. And their features are easily adaptable to serve more than the traditional processes of surveys and response collation. On two of our projects, we actually modified survey forms into real time remedial solution apps that served a wide range of purposes. Sad we couldn't raise the funding necessary to fully pilot and scale those ideas; but QuickTap allowed us to explore those ideas to the fullest extent of how they could be applied.

PROS

Of all the survey tools we use across the multiple projects we run, QuickTap offers the most tailormade solutions for building very interactive and hassle-free surveys. With over 30 different question types to choose from, we get to improve the questionnaire administration experience to such high levels of efficiency that we have very little work to do in terms of data reconfiguration during analysis.

CONS

Our initial experience with QuickTap was quite sour; with very poor customer service that ended up stalling our survey deployment by a few days since we just weren't getting the help we needed until it was past deadline. Subsequently however, they have been extremely responsive to our challenges, offering help in record time.
