Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Software is very flat, which makes it faster and easier to use.

  • Intuitive. Captures all necessary data. Contract renew notices. Dispute status Access is always easy, no downtime. Everything is great!

  • Cons

  • Nothing to comment at this time. I have not had any issues to date.

  • Would have liked more interoperabiity and email reminders and notifications on tasks and issues, as well as a mobile app

  • Pros

  • The calls portal makes it easy to define a list and sort it.

  • I can see the potential the software has to be very valuable to ACS in the future.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes the reports are hard to build, very small number of times

  • I would like more flexibility in the reporting
