The team at ChiroFusion have been super responsive, I just hope that this responsiveness continues even after I have completed my training.

With chirofusion they tell you to go on your phone browser, go to the site, log in and then go to the calendar. For  that reason alone this software sucks.

Ve been confused with why the HCFA is incomplete at times and I have to repopulate manually.

Like many others who have reviewed ChiroFusion, I also believe that this cloud based software has potential to be the best cloud based Chiro software period.

The best part is integrated billing and ability to customize all aspects of the bill to accommodate various discounts and prepay plans.

I have also used the classic juggernaut in our profession...CT... and just hated how much time it took to set up and navigate and train on, and ... and... and.

We had staff untrained on the software jump right on and use it. Good price point for the software and love that it is cloud based.

Thanks to Chirofusion, I'm able to easily keep track of our AR's and outstanding balances.

The way it looks, and general functionality of the Front Desk and Billing modules. The people at the Help Desk have been fantastic.

I see clients during this crisis for minimum fees, so paying $49/month is not an option. The respectable choice was to at least respond to emails or send out a notice.

My clients have a hard time with the onboarding.

The software and app were both fairly useful until last week weeks. Customer service has always been difficult to access.

Beware that at the front end they state that the initial $49 monthly fee is nonrefundable. So I doubt they will refund my initial fee.

I have paid for an annual membership (paid through Nov 2020) so it seems that there will be no refund. But I will not be renewing and have already started using another platform.

It is easy to use - a lot like Skype, and it is HIPPA compliant.

I am unable to get in contact with anyone from Customer Service, they don't answer the phone, they don't have a way to cancel your account without emailing them.

They set up students/families with at-home counseling when needed using Vsee. We've piloted Vsee for meetings with them and it's a fantastic tool.

I am able to do HIPAA compliant calls and not pay a lot of money for the service. Great for one on one sessions.

Is great experience for the most part. Able to offer virtual sessions that are secure and cost affordable.

They have no phone contact number that works. And no way to e-mail anyone on the sales or support team.

I also don’t understand how this is different from other video services that makes this specifically HIPPA complaint.

VSee is a brilliant piece of software, is much more secure than Skype and so much more suited to using for telemedicine purposes.

It can be difficult for outsiders and new employees to understand how to use. Contacts aren't as easily added as other platforms.

We have had glitches sometimes, but like the security and quality of calls. It's not timed and is very cost effective.

What I liked most about VSee is it's easy to use and has a messaging feature which was helpful if a client couldn't join the video call right away. It was easy to download and create a profile.
