Love this product!
Super easy to use! You do not need to download anything, and neither does the patient! You can have office staff manage the virtual waiting room, just like in a real doctor's office. I love that it's secure and Hipaa compliant! Professional look specific to our company. Customer Service is quick to respond and friendly. Translator function is the best!!
CONSOnly thing missing is that internal staff cannot easily communicate within Doxy, without clicking in like a patient. I do wish there was a way to send messages to other staff members within Doxy

Easy to use and nice features available.
It is okay. I like some or most of the features available. I do wish there was a way I could go in and see all my previous appointments that were scheduled, who attended, and who no-showed.
PROSMost all of the features I've used has been easy to use. I liked the interpreter services and scheduling aspect.
CONSIf I had another program open at the same time as Doxy.Me, my headset would not work when I needed to use it (i.e. Microsoft Teams and having to attend meetings). I would have to log out of Doxy.Me then turn my headset off and restart it to get it working again. It's frustrating and waste of my time. Also, I haven't been able to find a log of my past appointments that have been kept and those appointments where a patient did not show for it.

CONSI have been getting a horrible connection since about mid month. It has interfered with my ability to connect with my clients. The video freezes, the audio and video fall out of sync. I have used the troubleshooting options in the articles by other users. I have tried using a new computer and even a different internet connection. I am very disappointed because I have been paying for this monthly for well over a year and have been able to use it with no problems on a less frequent basis. Now that I need to use it daily because of the COVID - 19 Crisis, it is not working well. I cannot schedule a call for support because there are no spaces available. I have not been able to get any help. I am at the point of cancelling my service and trying something new as it is imperative that I am able to video conference with my clients. I am really hoping to get some help and support.

I am so sorry for the trouble! We are currently doing over 10 million video minutes a day right now. I'm not sure why it won't work for you. We are happy to help troubleshoot. Email support@doxy.me. We also have a very generous refund policy and will refund your payment if you are not satisfied.
