  • Pros

  • Love how easy it was to put all my information in and to start inputting my customer info as well. And how easy it was to navigate.
  • We use Eventix for our nonprofit that puts on events in our local community. Its a great way to see who's coming and keep track for future references.
  • Cons

  • Hard to say; I haven't used it in depth. No unconveniences thus far.
  • The only thing that was annoying is that if there is a field missing they do not point it out and I had to look for it myself.

  • On top of offering a great ticketing solution, Showare provides outstanding customer service.
  • The best pro about this software is the user friendly, easy to navigate and most important, I really like the user friendly help tab.
  • Cons

  • ShoWare generates reports on ticket sales etc, but that isn't integrated into our other databases. We struggle managing that data, but that isn't exactly a limitation of the software.
