It just changed my life with my expense reports. It's so easy that I all do in real time and at the end of the month, I click to send it to accounting service

The concept of embedded ant web interface Its simplicity the way it simplifies expense reports The availability and the professionalism of the Expensya team

Nothing I don't like probably maturity of user experience can be improved (exemple : some time, when we scroll the screen of a expenditure, we can involuntarily modify a field. other exemple ; expenditure filters on web site could be completed, even, improved.

Great tool from manage your expenses

Your tickets are introduce on Expensya easily and quickly via your app or web site.

PROS

Maybe the most feature on Expensya is the tool what allow you to scan your ticket easily and accounting on Expensya with two clicks. The interface is very useful and simply, but at the same time it has all the tools you need. Great tool!

Nothing to say about this. I can't find any improves because it has all you need to manage your expen

no more paperwork for expenses reports improvement for the users (easy to do) improvement for the accounting (easy to control/archive/retrieve data)

Great product

Good tool, very operational with aclear interface

- facilitate a lot the process of claim expenses - Interface is clear

- scanning sometimes has generated price incongruences - It happens that I have the expense in my side and I tough it was already sent for revision. it could have a reminder or at notification to inform the expense is not in revision

PROS

I really enjoy the mobile receipt upload. This made it super easy to submit expenses and have most of the information for each expense automatically input.

CONS

The one thing I do not like is how finicky it is with the value, taxes and tips. I often had to manually change these fields to make sure the reimbursable amount was actually correct and inclusive of taxes and tips.

Very functional and intuitive

Positive but the foreign currency issue really needs a solution!

PROS

Feature-rich and intuitive. The OCR scanning is really nice!

CONS

The exchange rate from expenses abroad is significantly lower than what I'm paying with my credit card. The correct value cannot be entered however, which leads me to creating a lot of extra work getting it filled out with the right amounts. NOT handy!

Bonjour Christine et merci pour votre feedback, concernant les alertes de remboursement, le remboursement se fait en dehors d'Expensya, c'est pourquoi nous n'avons pas de visibilité quand votre entreprise vous a remboursé. Néanmoins, vous pouvez demander à votre administrateur de demander à l'équipe Support de lui ajouter des tags qu'il peut utiliser sur les notes déjà remboursées. Ainsi, vous pourrez savoir quand une note a été remboursée, quand elle aura le tag correspondant. Pour les déplacements, vous pouvez tout à fait ajouter des déplacements à l'avance mais que pour le lendemain. Si vous voulez ajouter des dépenses à l'avance, c'est faisable pour n'importe quelle date à condition que votre admin nous demande d'ajouter le paramètre concerné depuis le Backend. Darstellung und VErwaltung von erfassten Daten

Erfassung von Belegen ist einfach und schlüssig

CONS

DIe Belege und Abrechnungen können nur sehr rudimentär verwaltet werden. Das ist besonders ärgelrih wenn man viele Belege zu verwalten hat. BElege die einer bestimmten Abrechnung ( Mandant Kunden) zugeordnet worden sidn werden aus der GEsamtansicht nciht ausgeblendet, so dass man nicht genau weiß ob sie bereits in der Abrechnung erfast sind oder nicht. Außerdem kann man Abrechnungen die schon lange zurückliegen und definitiv erledigt sind nicht in einen separaten Ordner ablegen, so dass man mehr Übersichtlichkeit gewinnen würde. Insgesamt macht das so den Eindruck, dass das erste Abreten mit der Software einem das Leben erleichtert aber ab einem gewissen Zeitpunkt wird es eben unübersichtlich und Konfus. Man kann dann die einzelne Abrechnung auch nur so löschen, indem man jeden einzelnen Beleg in der Abrechnung löscht und dann die Abrechnung. Das ist natürlich auch sehr umständlich und macht wirklich keinen SInn.

Reason for choosing Expensya

Schien mir die praktikabelste und effizientes Lösung zu sein. Hatte nicht gedacht, dass erfasste und archivierte Belege nicht separat abgelegt werden könnten und dass der Löschvorgang so umständlich wäre. Beieinem Word Dokument muss man auch nicht jedes Zeichen löschen sondern kann das Dokument insgesamt löschen.

Simple, efficace, pratique

Globalement, Expensya est très pratique et facile d'utilisation, les dépenses sont enregistrées rapidement et facilement et on peut se débarrasser des papiers ensuite.

PROS

La lecture automatique des fichiers téléchargés avec préremplissage des informations est très efficace et performante. L'interface est claire, intuitif et simple d'utilisation. Existence d'une application pratique pour déposer ses dépenses en déplacement

CONS

L'interface est parfois un peu fastidieuse. Des comportements étranges si on ouvre plusieurs onglets, des longueurs quand on passe d'une dépense à une autre.

Ces factures apparaîtront quasi-instantanément sur votre compte. CONS

Es gibt Zeiten, in denen man viel raten muss, warum eine bestimmte Funktion nicht verfügbar ist. Wenn Sie jedes einzelne Element eines Formulars durchgehen, werden Sie es aber irgendwann herausfinden. Es wäre hilfreich, etwas mehr kontextbezogene Hilfe zu haben.

The software is really useful and time saving. I'm satisfied with all the functionalities.

The smart scan is really time saving. Normally, emplyees carry all the bills with them to the accountant but now it's so much easier the whole process is done in 2 min maximum.
