Amazing RMM Dashboard, Very simple, easy to use & deploy, great alerting and does it all.

The RMM agents are very easy to install/created, the interface is very visual and the configuration simple but strong.

The SNMP support for monitoring network devices doesn't give one the needed in-site into standard network devices. Another weakness is the inability to group devices within sites.

It tells me everything I need to know about a computer and what's going on. The integrations have been a huge help.

The support is great, having an account manager is handy if you need someone, documentation is nice and the software also looks good.

If I have to come up with a con though, it's that there is no billing portal.

Easy to use, tons of features, great cost, great implementation team, great support, and wonderful community.

From start till now, evrything good, good trial and demonatration, explanation, also the customer support, the forum,  and after sales, good, fine and motivated people over there, not only too sell.

The implementation team, the support, and ease of use while getting great information on all our servers and workstations is top notch.

Some features such as AD integration, maintenance windows, a mobile app and linux monitoring were missing, but they are either being developed or have been implemented since purchasing.

Missing a few features all of what’s missing ninja are in the works of implementing.

The ease of use along with the great development, technical, support and sales teams mean we are never stuck.

We cannot say enough how great our experience with Ninja has been so far. The platform is top shelf and everything we need to operate our business is at our fingertips.

We did not have to worry about constantly checking the health of our network every 10 minutes as we could rely on Ninja RMM to do this for us and alert us when something started to go wrong.

The reports are great, the integrations are super easy and the website itself is easy to understand. Other RMMs need a team of onboarders to show you how to use it over a period of a month.

Mobile app is awesome, implementation is easy - so anyone should be able to configure this, even those less experienced people.

One of the best products we have seen in the last years. Very easy to handle and the best value for money.

No pulseway uninstall utility available. Built in uninstaller does not remove all traces of the app.

Mobile app features are carefully considered; they did not try and cram every feature in. Devs are active, responsive, and helpful in the forum.

The UI is very friendly and being able to customize the notifications like storage space and sending us alerts when system resources were reaching a certain limit.

Mainly because I am a total noob with PS and prefer to learn from others.

Notifications do not automatically go away when one has been triggered and the situation that caused the notification is no longer present.

The support staff is very responsive and are always eager to help solve problems I may have, or teach me how to use the new features.

The dashboard used as an info monitor in our Helpdesk, so we are aware of any issues, in a matter of a few minutes. Patching servers is super easy.

Support tickets ignored, unable to even log in due to an error in their systems. 2 weeks withodut access is enough to shut a place down.

Pulseway caters to what really matters most to me in all the important areas, and its support staff has demonstrated ample interest in helping me grow my business.

It has both a dashboard application that runs locally as well as a Web Interface. Remote access and control are good.

Since I use Pulseway, the feature that i mostly like is its easiness. Pulseway provides effective and user friendly monitoring solution specially from the phone app.

Missing some killing features (e.g. manage licenses, pc's ownership, etc). Some pc's information should be available when they're offline.

Overall im happy - looked at other RMM providers and so far im happy to stick with Pulseway.

If there were one downside it would be support, they're friendly and fast, but I've always felt they blame me first, rather than look inward.

Its all there, easy to get to and easy to control. Also, Pulseway offers Webroot as a AntiMalware option.

Promised functionality never came, regular downtime and outages, poor performance.

The mobile APP is excellent and the easy of usage.
