UMS2000 is a Windows-based utility management solution that helps small and large utilities providers and municipalities automate their daily operations. Key features include billing management, audit trails, rate analysis, team management, service-order tracking and customer service.
UMS2000 provides automatic linkage to UMSAccess, which allows utilities customers to receive electronic bills showing their current readings and total usage during the month. Customers can also access their account information and make payments online.
UMS2000 integrates with SAP Crystal Reports. It also provides drop-down boxes for data entry and task menus to view weekly or monthly tasks. Support is offered through an online portal and via live representatives.

UMS is ok but I feel like there is better software
PROS
This software gets the job done but it seems to be a little outdated.
CONSWhen searching for a customer it would be easier to have one search bar instead of having to pick the field first of what your searching rather it be customer name, address, phone ,account #, etc..
