Look no further
Overall the experience has been great
PROSI like the interface and the responsiveness of the software, it is very accurate and the filters available give me great insights. The other thing that I love is the user profiles that monitor how many times the user has visited and on what devices etc.
CONSFor me I cannot fault lucky orange. I would like to be able to see further into the past (they have improved this with the latest update) but it's not a big deal.

Very good value and relatively easy for a novice to use
Very satisfied and recent updates to the dashboard make it a much nicer visual experience to use.
PROSThe price was the main reason for choosing the software over other options available. We only need and use it for heat mapping but it can do more for those not using Google platforms for data analysis and AB testing.
CONSSome of the features require technical knowledge that requires a bit of time to learn.
Reason for choosing Lucky Orange
We trialled Hotjar but Lucky Orange provided better value.

Good - you've been helpful when I've reached out - I just end up having very little time to analyze the data you're collecting.
PROSThe heatmaps if only I would use them more.
CONSI honestly have trouble trying to figure out how to get more info. besides the heat maps.

Legacy Lucky Orange was so much better - Hate the new LO
For the most part customer service is what has kept me here. If there was another option for Visitor monitoring, recording, and analytics I would switch to a competitor in a heartbeat.
PROSBeen with Lucky Orange for over 10 years for the most part it works for other people. Customer Service has always been there if we need anything.
CONSWhen they upgraded we lost the real time visitor monitoring where we could interact with our customers. The recording helps but does start until a few seconds after the customer arrives on our website. The real time doesn't work, there is such a delay in live visitor tracking/monitoring that by the time they show up on the visitors screen on LO they are gone so it is too late to communicate with the customer while they are shopping on the website.

One reason you may not be seeing some visitors in our real-time monitoring is due to our code loading asynchronously after your website loads for the visitor so it doesn't slow down your website. This is a benefit in terms of not impacting your site speed ratings, but it does mean visitors who come to your site and quickly leave won't be tracked.
