The UI was great and integrations were nice. Overall, everything was really simple to use and set up.

I hate when I print proposals the page breaks horribly in the middle of sentences and photos.

Honeybook is very easy to use and the UI is beautiful. They provide a lot of great built in resources, like example contract templates.

The interface is perfect, too. Friendly, but not too 'bubbly', so you still feel like a professional.

I LOVE the referral program as well, the commission is beautiful. It's not only user friendly but the customer service has always been top notch as well.

So easy, helpful and affordable and I love that all my business management is in one place.

I like that I can have all of my invoices in one place, it helps me take care of my taxes and allows me to track my income. My favorite thing is the brochure I've created.

I like the ease of seeing the pipeline and where I'm at with my bookings. I like the daily reminders to follow up on my clients.

Over great experience with great costumer service. It really make booking, invoicing and sending contracts to clients much simpler.

I also like the reporting functions, it lets me know my progress and help set goals for the rest of the week.

The search feature is great as well and very helpful.

My smaller independent hotels needed an easy and cost effective CRM in order to electronically track all their inquiries, prospects, contracts and also be able to run reports.

I just dont find STS easy to integrate into my routine. It feels more like a chore and less like something that makes my job easier.

Perfect fit for our small hotel. Our sales team enjoys the interface between the RFP tool and contract builder.

A little confusing in functionality with proposal path.

Every time that there has been a problem or something weird, I know I can reach out and ask questions.

I dislike we can not remove the catering portion of the program and my hotel does not have any meeting space or dinning space.

You cannot search accounts by City, so makes it difficult to gather a list when doing sales calls in another city.

I enjoy the use of how it is integrated with Proposal path. I think that is absolutely wonderful.

I was a little confused when I first got onto the website as I wasn't given much training. I had to figure things out for myself.

I really like the response time of the support team - Rick Day in particular. It is fairly user friendly to maneuver through the site.
