It was thoughtfully designed. All challenges capital exchanges typically experience was addressed and accounted for.

It has all the functionality I need and more, and the pricepoint is perfect - the biggest drawback to a lot of these systems is the price, but I haven't found that an issue here.

There is no notifications shown, When the document is moved from one place to the another place inside the deal room. Sometimes, It's difficult for another user to find out the documents.
