We appreciate the positive feedback on the easy of use and copying documents which saves time and resources compared to other providers. Our platform can be used on a mobile web browser and we do offer an iOS app. The app isn't designed to be a complete substitute, it is meant to be able to store documents offline as well as make some changes remotely.

Hello! Thank you for using Firmex. We pride ourselves on our customer service and you having the best experience. In the future, we would be happy to show you how to set user-based permissions in the data room. It's a function we have to set from our end, as group-based permission is the preference of a majority of our users, it's our default. In terms of time zones, increased functionality is on our road map. As it stands now all of our reports can be run at any time zone, be it est, your time zone, or anyone you choose. Appreciate the feedback on how bulk upload/download has been helpful in your process. We are one of the only providers if not the only provider that allows you to upload up to 50 GB at a time. What might help with the permission of users/groups is our View As tool which can give you sightlines into what those guest user groups can/can't see. I do however understand the feedback and is something our product team is investigating with our new UX/UI release.

Thanks for the feedback on the ease of the use of the platform as we aim to be the most efficient VDR tool on the market. As for data limits, we offer a fixed pricing model for storage compared to the archaic per page model a few of our competitors are still billing on. There are reports in the product to let you know of your data limits, as well as notifications sent so there are no surprises should you go over those limits.

As for reviewing user permissions, we offer multiple different methods to do this whether it be at the group level or the folder level with our view as tool which allows you to see what folders have been hidden from certain groups. All our permission settings can be retroactively changed as well. Thanks for the update and feedback as it sounds like our platform is meeting your needs based on your use case. I would be interested to know what you mean by unintentionally submitted documents. If you have the appropriate user permissions, you can delete documents that were uploaded in error. We also have quick views on the top left, above the folder index that shows what documents have been newly uploaded or unread for you to view to make sure these documents weren't uploaded in error. Thanks for the feedback on the product and the ability to easily create a data room, upload files and provide user access. As for the mobile functionality not being the same, we do have an iOS app that will help with this problem instead of logging into an online mobile browser.

Thanks for the comments on our platform's efficiency, always great to hear. As for the system being a bit slow, we just improved our download speed by 25% and simplified our file management by allowing you to upload up to 50 GB at a time within the browser.
