Moreover, ExpoPass prioritizes data security and privacy. The platform employs encryption protocols and takes necessary measures to protect attendee data, ensuring that sensitive information remains confidential and secure. This is a crucial aspect, especially considering the increasing importance of data protection and privacy regulations.
PROSThe ability to track attendance in real-time is a significant advantage of ExpoPass. Event organizers can monitor attendee check-ins instantly, providing valuable insights into attendance patterns and allowing for prompt adjustments or interventions if needed. This feature greatly enhances the event management process and enables better decision-making based on accurate attendance data.
CONSthere has not anything that are need to improve. Overall, I recommend ExpoPass to event organizers seeking a streamlined and efficient attendance tracking system.

From the demo video I watched when researching products, to this current day, I have had a contact respond and assist me with literally any need I have had. The event manager feature is genius- Tom was amazing, so patient and always worked to solve any hurdle I encountered. The attendees raved about the simplicity and ease of check in, saying "that's it??!" They loved the app feature, having access to materials directly on their phone, building their conference schedule and being able to access session materials they weren't able to attend was a huge hit!
PROSHaving ONE customer service contact from the start of my contract, to the end to help me manage my event was brilliant. My event manager was so supportive with any question or guidance I needed and would never hesitate to record a video of him completing the task I needed help with to send over to me as a resource!
CONSMy only con would be technology is always amazing until it gets a mind of its own- which happens. We had a glitch when checking in with attendees needing to change the email address associated with their registration, that caused the system to be confused. This was more a technology issue than an Expo issue, but the team worked diligently and quick to help us solve it during registration and even indicated they were working to solve the issue for future users.

The features of the app, the ipad/printer options and the customer service were unmatched!
Reasons for switching to Expo Pass
The cost of EXPO was more product for less, the customer service was leaps and bound better and the overall ease of check in for our attendees was seamless. They loved having access to the app during the conference, building their schedule and access to speaker info/materials even post event!

Expo Pass Is Fantastic!
We are pleased to have partnered with Expo Pass and look forward to continuing the partnership.
PROSSet up was a breeze on-site! I always worry that we will have trouble with new equipment but everything is labeled nicely, the guide is easy to follow and having the tech call with someone who will walk you through everything and test everything is a dream!
CONSThe only con is having to design the badge shell pretty far in advance. We choose to print our schedule on the back, but unfortunately had to make some time changes, which frequently happens in event planning. This led to the schedule on the badges being incorrect, thankfully we use a conference app so this wasn't a huge concern in the long run.
Reasons for switching to Expo Pass
We had a bad on-site experience with them during our last conference.

Great customer service
PROSEasy check-in and easy to use. People were able to modify quickly.
CONSBadges consistently broke. People had to re-print multiple times. Found badges to be flimsy.

Expo Pass was a game changer for our events
Expo Pass and its customer service team have made our onsite process for internal staff and attendees a wonderful experience. We have had so many compliments on the ease of use of this new process from our attendees, they love it! This system eliminates the need to pre-print badges weeks in advance and allows you to pivot onsite as needed. No more backup plans or stressing about last-minute changes onsite to printed badges. Their back end allows you to easily update badges and reprint them onsite with little effort. The Expo Pass system is amazing and if I had to do it all over again, I would make the same choice.
CONSA con that was quickly solved: Because our events are multi-day events, the badge stock did not hold up for our first few meetings earlier in the year for several of our attendees. Expo Pass quickly suggested that we purchase a badge sleeve to solve for multi-day events concern.
